On this wonderful wedding Wednesday, we couldn’t be happier to share Carrie and Mike’s wedding at Rocky Mountain Ranch in Idaho. With the help of Hillary Maybery, Taylor’d Events and the folks at Rocky Mountain Ranch ~ it was a day filled to the brim with pristine, natural beauty, inside and out …
We wanted to create a beautiful, stylish and intimate wedding without a huge price tag and endless planning hassles. We feel our day couldn’t have been more successful. We knew the breathtaking setting of Stanley, Idaho would weave its magic on our 30 guests and that we didn’t need to add too much more to the natural ambiance. The only decorations we chose were yellow and white wildflower table arrangements in sturdy mason jars, with a just-picked attitude. The Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch hosted our reception and had more than enough western charm- along with gorgeous views of the Sawtooth Range from its porch- to satisfy all. The casual attitude that we insisted upon, together with the laid-back feeling of being in the Idaho wilderness really set our guests at ease. The mood was very playful and relaxed. Everyone truly had a great time and in fact, so did we! Local photographer Hillary Maybery worked her amazing magic and perfectly captured the unpretentious feeling of our day in her photos, which we are so thrilled to have!
