Ever since I moved from the west coast to Washington D.C., I have fallen in love with the tulips that pop up around the city each spring. I couldn't think of a sweeter, more beautiful way to say farewell to winter and hello spring than through the rows and rows of tall, vibrant colored tulips that grace this beautiful city!
Eucalyptus in the winter, forsythia in the spring, ranunculus in the summer, and pumpkins in the fall (OK...I know the last one isn't a flower, per se, but I love to decorate my apartment with the above 'flowers' according to the feel of the season.)

At the risk of being completely cliche, i love peonies as well. But i never knew they were so huge in the wedding world!! my grandmother brought them over with her from italy in the early 1900s, and our family has kept them in the family ever since - the same bushes, uprooted and replanted where ever we go! I'd love to walk down the aisle holding a hand full of the same :)
My favorite flowers are yellow roses with peach edges. I received a dozen of them for my 21st birthday in Paris from a friend who has since passed. Every time I see them I think of wonderful memories in a beautiful city with someone I loved.

My favorite flower is the poppy. Because of their delicate nature they are most beautiful not in a vase but growing outside in the fresh air. I would always help my mom in the garden when I was little by removing all the seeds from the pod when they were ready so we could plant them the following year. She grew beautiful orange poppies from seeds that had been given to her by my great aunt.

Couture Bridal Gowns...need I say more :) I would l.o.v.e. to have the Ristarose Couture Beaded Sheath Bridal Gown (code 1370). It's beautiful with the sequin and beading detail and even after the prize I would still be able to afford it (major plus!) I love it!

I love Dahlias! The way they fan out and their kind of bleeds through the flower from a lighter color to a more intense deep rich color. Even with just one in a bouquet makes all of the difference - a great flower that can stand on its own and looks fabulous in bud vases or in your hair!
