We have heard your cries for more indoor, contemporary wedding celebrations and we aim to please. This Atlanta affair photographed by Melissa Schollaert is just what the doctor ordered. It’s like a breath of fresh modern air and totes a chic combination of industrial meets incredibly glamorous all executed gorgeously by Toast Events. We have a feeling you all are going to LOVE this day. Be sure to pop into the gallery for more images from this Southern wedding.

Jaime and Scott celebrated with a modern affair which was held in a historic warehouse building in downtown Atlanta. King Plow Arts Center is a beautiful space, and the ceremony and reception were both held in one of the historic plow manufacturing buildings, while the cocktail hour was held in an adjacent art gallery. Jaime and her designer/planner Lindsay Pitt inserted a modern aesthetic into the space with all-white florals, grey linens and clear ghost chairs for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony and reception were both filled with lots of candlelight that made the room glow. The reception featured light dinner music with a seated dinner and a dessert/candy bar of cupcakes and assorted candies.

What an amazing venue! A perfect balance of rustic and chic... and can that dress be more beautiful?
LOVE the space, clean lines and the flowers, just stunning! The modern feel is amazing!
This wedding is amazing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the location. Open loft with exposed brick - right up my alley. And the ceremony and reception with Louis chairs! Ahh!! I've never seen this before but it totally works. Love the modern, hip vibe of this wedding!
The space makes a very interesting mix of grunge and elegance! Very cool!
What a beautiful wedding! I love the colours. Where can I find the scoops that were used for the candy bar!? I've been searching for something similar to use at my wedding this summer.
So, so, so pretty! Amazing photographs!
I swear every SMP wedding is prettier than the last! LOVE the venue, love the candy bar and love the dress(plus the gorgeous bride)! Stunning!
Gorgeous wedding! Love! Does anyone know where the bride's beautiful necklace is from?
nice venue -- the candy buffet was beautifully executed!
Nicole,
My company bought the scoops such a long time ago and I can't remember where they were purchased. If you are in the Atlanta area, we have a rental program if that would help you in any way.
Thanks everyone for the comments about the candy station. :)
Those centerpieces are amazing. They look like sparklers going off at the table. Brilliant!
LOVE the stationery! How did you like working with Hi Note!?
Thank you for the feature SMP, all of the magnificent vendors we chose for this event were a dream!

Love the candy buffet! Where would I be able to find the candy bowls that are on the left of the picture with the preztels?
I love the table used in the ceremony. Where did the bride get those large square vases used as legs for the table?
