Enjoy Cupcakes + A Sweet Little Giveaway
Valentines Day isn’t just about sweet, sweet love in our opinion. It also happens to be all about sweet, sweet treats and our favorite cupcake connoisseur, Amber Vander Vliet of Enjoy Cupcakes has stopped by to share the love. Her fabulously vintage and oh so adorable cupcake trailer has made its rounds this past year from engagement shoots to weddings and so many fun events in between and it was all caught on film by some of the industries best photographers. Here’s a little snippet of a year in the life of Enjoy Cupcakes and there just so happens to be a lovely giveaway at the end…yum! See more from Enjoy Cupcakes in the gallery.

It has been an adventurous and magical year for our little vintage Shasta cupcake trailer. It was first photographed by Jose Villa, filmed by Joel Serrato and featured here on Style Me Pretty earlier this year. Since then, our little trailer has been like a traveling gnome for engagement sessions, photo shoots, parties, and of course weddings. One of it’s best features is that it’s a nostalgic timeless piece of history. This element allows for the trailer to fit perfectly with it’s surroundings – no matter if it’s at a beach, top of mountain, in front of a mansion, tucked into a backyard, parked in the city or nestled within the trees.
The cupcakes trailer has not only served cupcakes but has also served as a sweet little hideaway for couples to sneak in some kisses, a dressing room, the perfect playhouse for some tiny wedding guests, a fun photo backdrop for some of the most beautifully in love couples we’ve ever seen and a napping spot for a sleepy ring bearer. We wanted to share some cupcake trailer snapshots that have been captured by so many brilliant photographers throughout this year.

The Serious Peanut Butter Cup cupcakes sound to die for! those would be my pick:)
The dark and white mocha cupcakes sound divine.
Holy cow! So I went to the website expecting flavors like raspberry, chocolate, etc. I was shocked to see the huge decedent variety available! Clearly i'm not a cupcake expert, looks like i've been missing out!
So hard to choose, but i would pick the Dark & White Mocha for my coffee/chocolate obsessed fiance
I think i would pick the Pomegranate Lime Chardonnay for myself for the citrus/tangy appeal not usually found in cupcakes
and of course the Mimosa cupcakes for the the bridesmaids/myself while we get ready the morning of the wedding

Holy cupcake! I didn't expect that picking a cupcake flavor would be such a task. Much debating, pros and cons lists made and just plain old mouth watering. Very hard to pick, but I'm going with Raspberry Sherbet Champagne. Sounds yumtastic and I hope I get picked!

The Cherry Vanilla Merlot. Who doesn't want wine AND a cupcake at the same time. I'm not eating chocolate at the moment so a vanilla cake with red wine sounds divine.

Since I had to by a new last minute dress after a horrid mishap with my first dress I guess I can eat cupcakes without fear of gaining weight prior to my new dress fittings… ;-)
The Cherry Vanilla Merlot sounds like heaven to me and would be my first choice, but because I am the best fiancée ever, I will say that if I was ever lucky enough to be chosen as the winner, the Lemon Drop would be my cupcake of choice (since that would be the one that my fiancé would like the most).

How I was able to pick a favorite is beyond me, especially with all the decadent wine (!!) flavors! But I've gone with a sweet and simple (or, in this case, super sophisticated) classic: Strawberries & Cream.
I'm going to do a small bride's and groom's cake instead of a big wedding cake, and the description of this cupcake sounds incredible, and what an inspiration!

Wow, this is the most impressive flavor line-up I've EVER seen! They really seem to push the boundaries and go the distance in making such unique flavors! My BF and I love cupcakes, and have been sharing them ever since college <3<3<3 I think for us, since we're suddenly obsessed with wines and bubblies, we would say the Pomegranate Chardonnay, combining some wine with tasty/tart fruits, yum yum yum!

It was sooooo hard, but I decided to go with Chardonnay cake, filled with grapefruit curd, topped with grapefruit chardonnay frosting and a puddle of honey & fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.

The Neapolitan was included in my flight a few weeks back. It was heavenly and the epitome of what a cupcake should be. Light, sweet and flavorful. Honestly, I could have eaten a whole flight of these things! So good!
