We are completely giddy with excitement over what we are about to share with you all. Our friends at Crate and Barrel are holding a contest and it is seriously the ultimate for all of you engaged couples. You could win … are you ready for this? … the wedding of your dreams. Now that is a contest we can get behind. Not only that, but the Ultimate Wedding Contest comes with a whopping $100,000 budget for one lucky couple and all of it will be crafted by celebrity wedding planner Yifat Oren. We told you this was a sweet, sweet deal.

    My fiance and I are high school sweethearts and have been together since our freshman year. We will be celebrating six years together in March and have been engaged since February of 2009. Unfortunately, the economy has greatly affected our families and a wedding is just not a possibility, let alone the wedding of our dreams, which is a bit disheartening since I frequent Style Me Pretty at least once daily and have loved weddings since I was a little girl. It was a mixture between my parents' wedding video and the wedding scene from the Sound of Music that got me hooked!

    Anyway, after canceling our wedding twice due to lack of finances, we are hoping our luck takes a turn for the better. Because of this, we have entered the Ultimate Wedding Contest hosted by Crate&Barrel. If our dreams come true, we hope to marry on December 2, 2011, which would have been the 50th wedding anniversary of my maternal grandparents, both whom have passed on.

    We've been engaged for a year but are putting off our wedding another year because we don't have the money to plan a wedding right now. I'm in graduate school, which makes it especially hard to plan a wedding. We'd really appreciate it if you read our story and votes for us! :0)

    Hi SMP,

    Please let readers know that there is a large tax with winning this prize-- I've seen a few fans mention they want to win, because they have no money, but they'll be slapped with close to 30-45K in taxes!
