This next little wedding is cool as a cucumber. Which is a saying that I totally don’t get by the way. But it’s the first thing I thought when I laid eyes on this adorable affair photographed by Hawes Photography. Alison and Phill embody the vintage, cool, retro-ness that is all the rage with weddings. Their style really came out in Alison’s slim dress and Phil’s rock star suit (he is in a band so it’s fitting). The drool worthy details seemed effortless and included local, seasonal wild flowers for the bouquet and centerpieces, rounds of wood topped with cakes and pies that ringed the wedding cake and a vintage car complete with tin can tails that whisked the couple away from the reception.
