Happy Friday to all! We’re going to make a quick get-away, a little early today. You see, October in Texas may not have the brilliant leaves of New England, but we have some pretty awesome ‘golden days’ of autumn anyway! So we will say a quick so-long ’til next week and leave you with this glimpse of one of Carla Ten Eyck’s (New England) weddings. Margy and Mike’s New Haven, Connecticut summer celebration is featured ~ at length ~ on Carla’s blog … the pretty-in-pink bridesmaids, Margy’s stunning wedding gown, the handsome groom in uniform, and of course Carla’s keen eye for the expected and unexpected moments that will forever be cherished!

Beautiful!! I would love to know where her bridesmaids got their necklaces? I've been looking for some just like that.
Congrats Margy and Mike!!! And props to Mike Romano and Rebecca Hales for shooting this with me :)
Beautiful shots Carla! Love your work!!! Congrats to Margy and Mark and may you have many happy and blessed years together!
SO beautiful--love the veil shots and all the energy captured in these photos!!!!
I wore a necklace very similar to those when I was a bridesmaid. They were purchased from Whitehouse Blackmarket.
Really must admit that traditional weddings haven't at all lost their charm. Very beautiful indeed.
So pretty! The picture of the bride in her gorgeous gown and the groom in his uniform, love it!
Thank you everyone so much for the comments!! Carla and her team were truly amazing to work with, and the pictures captured our day more beautifully than we could have possibly hoped - An absolutely great experience. The necklaces were purchased from Ann Taylor, btw. :)
Margy-
Where did you rent or buy your gorgeous jewelry from? I'm looking for a nice cuff and statement earrings for my wedding and you did it just right! Congratulations on your marriage!
