Annie and Bret’s wedding festivities began at Benton Chapel on the campus of Vanderbilt University. Annie and Bret decided to have a private meeting before the wedding where photographer Leslee Mitchell took beautiful pictures of the couple. After the meeting, pictures were taken all over the campus and around the chapel. The chapel’s stained glass windows provided beautiful lighting for the ceremony. The bridesmaids wore elegant black dresses and the groomsmen wore black and white tuxedos. Annie’s Christian Louboutin shoes were a focal point of many pictures throughout the night. After the ceremony, Annie and Bret personally released each pew of guests to head to the reception so they were able to thank everyone for coming. The guests rode to the reception site in shuttles and the bridal party took a trolley downtown to take group pictures. The couple rode in a vintage Bentley. The entire bridal party took pictures on the famous walking bridge that overlooks downtown Nashville. After pictures, everyone headed to the reception at the Cannery Ballroom. Guests ate wonderful food provided by Chef’s Market, which included a gourmet macaroni and cheese bar. Chef’s Market also provided the sweets on the dessert table that included the groom’s favorite dessert- Rice Krispie treats in a lollipop covered in white chocolate and tiny ice cream cones filled with ganache and topped with a chocolate truffle. The couple spent all night on the dance floor enjoying the music of The Remedies.
