My favorite sorts of gatherings are the ones that truly reflect a couple’s personality, that play homage to their roots, and ones that allow a girl to throw on a pair of cowboy boots and kick up her heels. So of course, the country girl in me is dancing and twirling at the sight of this good ol’ ranch rehearsal dinner. Jessica Claire and her wondrous photography were at play behind the scenes to bring you every last stinkin cute detail. I mean, they seriously thought of everything when it came to this Jackson Hole, Wyoming hoedown. Fire-pits, s’mores, a bluegrass band….sounds fun, right? See the rest of the party here!

From Jessica Claire:
Katie & Dave’s wedding took place this weekend on her father’s ranch, and what better way to kick off the weekend than with a good old fashioned hoedown at Q’s Roadhouse BBQ joint?!
The mother of the groom, Claudia Merritt, left no stone unturned in planning this adorable event! From the bold flowers in jars wrapped in leather and twine, to the photo booth with both cowboy/cowgirl and bordello props, it was absolute perfection. There was even a square dance and a bluegrass band!
The little touches such as horseshoes, a smores bar, and fire pits covered in animal printed blankets made this a wonderfully fun evening for all the guests!

What a lovely rehearsal dinner. I was wondering about the favor bags and if they were purchased or made? I want to do the same thing for my wedding.
