We like to chat about our potential wedding do-overs a lot around here. Not only because it would be SO much fun to do it again but also because of all those lovely little tidbits that we miss about our weddings. Our vows, the celebration, the fun, the laughter, the joy, the flowers … our dresses… our invitations… our wedding registry. Not even kidding. How often to you get to pick out your presents!?!? Just walking into Williams-Sonoma puts us in party mode. We’re talking entertaining and kitchen goodies galore. Gorgeous glassware, lovely linens, and all those must-haves for the grill. gosh there are so many things i could choose but 3 of my favorite things are.... the yellow melamine mixing bowls, the marselle towels, and the scalloped cake stand in white!
I love the Embossed Pig Platter. What a great way to serve sandwiches, breakfast sausage or other treats - and your guests will never expect the special guest underneath it all! Number two is the All Clad Stainless Steel Strainer set. I never have the right size strainer when I need one, and these could double as mesh scoops for pulling veggies out of boiling water or straining beans before pureeing into soup. And finally, the Dorset Double Old Fashioned glasses. They remind me of both my dad and my fiance - and not only because both love a good Manhattan. They heavier on the bottom, so you feel like you're holding something strong and unbreakable and they are crystal and sparkly and oh so delicate. The perfect balance for daily chic!

1. The Automatic Yogurt Maker - how amazing is that! My fiance and I love having yogurt for our breakfasts and it would be wonderful to make it at home and not have plastic containers to throw out/recycle after each serving! Just thinking of all the different fruit and flavor combos we could create is quite exciting.
2. The Message In A Cookie Cutter Set - What an adorable idea to put a "stamp" on your cookies, and even make your own wording with the letters provided. Love those sweet touches!

It's ridiculously difficult to pick just three, but here goes:
1. I've been lusting after the Anniversary Bundt Pan for quite some time -- it's a classic!
2. Also, my future sister-in-law has the apple-shaped pocket pie mold -- so jealous! It makes the cutest little single-serving pies, and the shape is perfect for fall.
3. And finally, for my holy grail of cookware: the Le Creuset dutch oven. And not just any one -- a big one. Probably 6 3/4 qt, or even 7 1/4 qt. Nothing is better on a cold winter day than the smell of a pot roast slow cooking in the oven with some root veggies. I've been dreaming about one of these for years.
Ohhhh.....where would I even start. But if I had to choose right now:

3)Staub 12 peice cookware set
This is going to be an embarrassing list, because none of these items is currently duplicated in my kitchen:

I could also throw a toaster in there, too (and they have the Magimix Vision Toaster so I can WATCH IT TOAST! how cool is that?).
I sometimes fantasize about getting married just for the registry... wow, that's terrible of me. But man, I really want that breadmaker. ;)

It's getting just about time to start making my sweet potato cheesecake. So first on my list would be the Kaiser 9" leak proof springform pan! I HATE when mine give out on me, leak, and ruin my cakes!
Next, I'd love to put some money towards one of the Wusthof knife sets! I have one (count 'em) ONE knife to my name.
And finally, something fun, the Vinturi Wine Aerator. I love using the one that my friend has, but it would be nice to have my own.
I love this giveaway! If I had to pick just three things, they would be: the KitchenAid Stand Mixer Ice Cream Maker Attachment (to use with the KitchenAid Mixer we received from our original registry), the Breville Panini Press and the Railway Cake Pan in honor of my grandma, who slaved to make us our birthday train cakes every year - without the help of a special pan. :)
So many things, where do I start...I love my kitchen aid mixer, I love the monogrammed recipe box that I bought for my best friend's shower and for my mom she loved it so much, and lastly I would love a set of the copper pots for my kitchen!

1) It's not really something you could put on your registry, but I am kind of obsessed with their Stackable Diner Chairs. I love the retro look and feel of them.
2) I love their All-Clad Gourmet Double Burner Grill Pan ... this one is on our registry for sure. Such a fun piece when you live in the city and you don't have a backyard to BBQ in :)
3) I am also obsessed with their Meyer Lemon soaps and cleaning products. It makes our apartment smell completely yummy.

Here's my plan - I'm going to be baking 500 cookies from an old recipe that's been passed in my family for generations to make these our "welcome gifts" to guests attending our wedding in Puerto Rico. I'm planning on baking wrapping them in clear celophane bags (two per bag), tying them with navy blue ribbon, and ordering some tags with our monogram to hang from the ribbon. I want to put the little bags with cookies and a handwritten recipe card in the rooms for my guests. I hope my guests will love them as much as I do and will bake them in their own homes!

Oh my gosh, just 3? Every time I go into Williams Sonoma I'm like a kid in the candy store. My top 3 would be:
1) Global Knives - I already have one, the santoku knife, but I've registered for a few more. I think good knives are things any cook should splurge on because there is such a difference in quality and it makes the job so much easier in the kitchen. Anthony Bourdain, one of my favorite TV personalities, recommended the Global line so I thought I'd give it a shot and I am not disappointed!
2) Le Creuset bakeware -I've registered for the 5.5 qt Dutch Oven in Dune as well as a few casserole dishes and frypan. They are so pretty to look at!
3)All-clad! I registered for All Clad d5 cookware. I cannot wait to get great quality pots and pans. I've already gotten the non-stick 10" frypan off my registry for a shower gift and have used it so much already. Wonderful quality! Can't wait to complete the set.

3) Finally, the "Le Creuset Heritage Stoneware Oval Gratin, 14"." I love that this dish looks almost identical to the dish I grew up using with my grandmother - which we used to make everything from casseroles to Pain Perdu ("Lost bread," or french toast).

My mom still has hers from when she got married, and I know she's not parting with it anytime soon; so I'll just have to get my own! :) Besides that, I would have to say Williams-Sonoma's silicone spatulas & spoontula (to go with the mixer, of course!) and finally, the personalized embosser with stand--so you can package and emboss your culinary delights and share them with others!
I would love to have (1) a microplane boxgrater -- this would come in handy all the time - we currently we borrow my Mom's. It's awesome for lemon zest, cheese, carrots for carrotcake, etc. (2) molcajete -- a classic mortar and pestle that can be used to make my own curry powder (authentically) and to make killer guacamole AND (3) Cuisine art hand mixer for the times that its not worth it to bring out the StandMixer (which I love and have).

i can’t get enough of le creuset. seriously, I am a le creuset whore .. the dutch ovens, skillets, and beautiful colorways are the best, especially the dark orange. makes me feel like I am cooking in my Italian kitchen in Tuscany, using Wusthof knives to chop the herbs that I planted in my vegetable and herb garden, then pick a wine from the cellar. Great fantasy huh! I always think of my Italian dream kitchen when I walk into Williams Sonoma to shop. Now ..I just need to move to Tuscany HA!

Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven
I have always loved William and Sonoma, I stop by every time I am at the mall. I especially love Le Creuset, the Round Dutch Oven in Flame. My Mom got a set from her Mom on her wedding day and she still uses them 35 years later. Ever since I was I kid, I wanted a set of Le Creuset pots, just like my Mom. I was lucky to inherited my grandmother's Kitchen Aid and would like nothing better then to have the Kitchen Aid ice cream maker attachment for hot summer days. Another fond childhood memory. One of my other favorites, and I have many at William and Sonoma, are the Shun knives. The Santoku knife is definitely on the top of my list.

I grew up using my mothers Kitchen Aid mixer and would love to have one of my own when I get married in April. I can't think of anything I wouldn't love from Williams Sonoma. Would also enjoy the Belgian waffle maker and any of the Le Creuset pieces! Couldn't go wrong with anything from Williams Sonoma. Crossing my fingers!!!
