Candy Inspired Wedding by Kristin Vining Photography

If you have a sweet tooth, we have some seriously irresistible wedding goodness coming your way. Two words. Hula hoops. Need I say more?? The couple was engaged at an amusement park, so it’s no surprise that their nuptials were a summertime, fun-fest. Photographed by the lovely Kristin Vining and planned by the talented ladies at Weddings and the City, it’s a little bit bubble-gum, a little bit southern charm, and a whole lot of sugar coated cuteness. Filled to the brim with playful details, candy-colored flowers, and tasty treats, we’re totally smitten with this 50′s inspired North Carolina affair. You can see the rest of this adorable Charlotte wedding right here in our galleries.

From the bride…

The most unique aspect of our wedding was the casual, yet classy, attire, the little DIY projects, and the minor, yet oh-so-important, details. Working with Kristin Vining Photography and Weddings and the City has been an experience beyond my wildest imagination. I consider myself lucky to have been able to work with such a fabulous, fun – yet professional, group of ladies!! In my opinion, when a special event such as a wedding is involved, it is important that the bride and groom feel comfortable with whoever they are working with. Joe and I are so incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with KVP and WATC, and to be able to have formed good friendships along the way!
