from Elizabeth @ EventDecorator …
After styling a nature inspired shoot for some clients in June at Sunnybrook Estates in Toronto, our team decided to do an SMP shoot all about nature! A soft colour palette of white, pink and green inspired us to use a garden setting for this story book shoot. I fell in love with the fern garden and envisioned the table in the center of this serene setting. Moss and birch bark became signature features to this design. A large washtub with lush florals accented the path to this inspiring garden tour. The dinner table featured a soft pink swirl overlay over white linen, antique cutlery and custom made birch tree charger plates. Each place setting was accented with a natural moss box with birch name cards. Moss table names completed the fine details.

The floral centerpiece was created on a birch log with moss ball and birch accents. Chairs were accented with custom made birch boxes with floral accents. Place cards were featured tucked into custom made birch logs wrapped in grapevine. A unique way to present your place cards to guests! Hanging floral balls and glass holders with florals floating over the place card table and soft pink draping accented the gazebo. Birch handles accented the Brides bouquet and a moss basket was used for the flower girl. So many possibilities for the nature lover with these design ideas!

Wow! Such pretty colors!
Love this! It's so lush but it's really not too girly. The use of wood and the black on the wedding cake make it a little bit masculine too. So lovely!
This takes me back to childhood when I used to run through forests of fern... Love the elegant simplicity! The Gazebo is to die for! Great job!
Stunning!! Love the color scheme!
The hanging glass ornaments remind me of the Christmas tree from the White House in 2006. AMAZING!!
