Do you fancy a little whimsy for your Wednesday afternoon? Well lucky you, we have just the thing. Dorothy and Wilson, the ridiculously adorable couple behind this bash, weaved a tale of vibrant summer colors and endless supplies of fun. But the best part? They had a whole gaggle of little ones carrying big yellow balloons. Too cute. Dorothy & Wilson exchanged their vows at Carmel Valley Ranch — a perfect tranquil backdrop for a intimate wedding. We heard that black-tailed deers are regular guests here. The outdoor ceremony took place in front of nearly 500 acres of rolling foothills, a truly breathtaking view. Dorothy wore a custom design gown by Jinza Couture with make up & hair by bebridal, but the six flower girls with big yellow balloons definitely stole the show. To save some trees, we created a dual purpose pink lemonade (it is also a ceremony program!).
As the bride is spontaneous and the groom is in love with nature, we incorporated both of their ideals and pulled together a series of details that made the reception unique and fun. The clubhouse itself is a sleek expression of earth tones and natural textures with dark brown wood table and white leather chairs. We added colorful wooden bird houses, plenty of candy and desserts, pale yellow dahlias and hydrangea, CB2 stick man appetizer plates as favors and chargers, custom made napkins and wood printed table runners to make the long table a great place to chill and chat. The event’s menu was also a big hit. Wild mushroom bouchée, shrimp cocktail, crab cigar, caramelized sea scallops with duck foie gras…etc. The dessert table by La Vie Douce was empty in a second, making the guests sugar high and ready to dance!
Anna Kuperberg is the talented photographer who captured all these beautiful shots! There’s a lot of love, tears, and laughter from this special wedding. And we gotta say the CB2 stick man appetizer plate is one of the coolest favors!

Everything about this wedding is beautiful and adorable but the flower selection and combination takes the cake. The are so fresh and unexpected but not too different that they aren't still incredibly stylish and beautiful.
