I am sure you are all well aware of how crazy we are for weddings around here. And that excitement is all-inclusive meaning we LOVE every single little bit and piece that goes into making a spectacular day and this includes the important night before the big day. Ah yes, the rehearsal dinner. Often overlooked and under-photographed in the blogoshphere. Well don’t worry friends, we’ve got your back. We have gathered some great little gems to showcase today in hopes that all of you brides-to-be can pull inspiration and details for your own soirees.
Up first is the perfect rehearsal to get the party started. Erin and Larry held a casual dinner at Hotel Saint Cecilia, one of the coolest new venues in Austin. The eclectic decor and bistro feel added to the cozy ambiance of this awesome party and one of our favorites, Suzi Q of Q Weddings snapped some serious drool worthy pictures. Me thinks a white peacock might be the up and coming hot accessory after you lay your eyes on these pretties.

Austin’s newest hotel is an elegant blend of European influences and upscale bohemian chic. Erin and Larry did a few portraits, then had their rehearsal dinner. Despite a rainy night, everyone enjoyed the ambience of the bistro’s cozy room with fireplace and bar with a splendid white peacock. Music was provided by Austin’s DJ Chicken George, known for his jazztronica sounds. The food included oysters, scallops, fresh pasta and beef medallions, with catering by a local favorite restaurant, Vespaio.

I love the fusion of old-time glamour and nightclub vibe. How unique! It's fun but still has class. I love the black & white photo of the whole party eating together...it's like out of a movie. Such a perfect moment. I can't wait to see the wedding!
