Good Morning lovelies! We know Mondays can be a little rough on the spirits so we have prepared a pretty treat to snap you out of those workday blues. How about some GORGEOUS florals from La Partie Events? Will that help? This dreamy Topanga Canyon wedding just might be what the doctor ordered. It is ultra pretty and happy and filled to the tippity top with steal worthy bits. Photographed by Vero Suh, the peonies alone are making us jump and squeal like wedding crazed groupies…just another day at the SMP office.

From the Bride:
Zak and I are very passionate about vegetarian and sustainable cuisine, thus the Inn of the Seventh Ray seemed like the obvious choice for us for a venue. Zak instantly fell in love with the positive and spiritual feel of the Inn and was the one that had known from first sight that that’s where we had to have our wedding. As the Inn has a very strong look on its own, I wanted to make sure I picked colors and decor that would add pops of fun but wouldn’t fight with the original aesthetic. After many months of obsessively looking through blogs (particularly Style Me Pretty), I came across Megan’s work and instantly fell in love. When I saw images from her own wedding, which was also at the Inn, I knew we absolutely had to have her be a part of our special day!!
Back in a bit with more from this most perfect of weddings!

Gorgeous in every way...the 'tree stump' escort cards are such an elegant way to incorporate a natural touch.
The bouquets are absolutely stunning. I'm loving the tree stump escort cards, a perfect touch for an eco-friendly wedding. And those shoes!
Okay, I have to say it.... those shoes. those shoes. those shoes. gorg.
LOVE the feather headpiece-and those shoes are to DIE FOR! I know I have seen them somewhere?
Those shoes and flowers are to die for!!! I was also inspired to post about summer weddings this am and this one is perfecT!!!
Yes the shoes!! Please tell us where they're from! Fabulous.
Beautiful, I love the colors! I keep seeing those same shoes crop up in pictures - everyone must have seen them on the same inspiration board!
Gorgeous. Those shoes are perfectly fabulous.
GORGEOUS details!
I love the tree bark escort cards! Did the bride make them herself? If she used a vendor, please share!
The flowers are gorgeous.. and the shoes..... stunning! I hope you can tell us where they are from as the label is blurred out on the pics
Great set. Really nice work :)
I love the creative and elegant use of the materials - its really in fitting with the venue. I also want those shoes! They're so cute!
Hi Amanda & Martha!
The shoes are from Piperlime.com and they are the Randee by Badgley Mischka!
Hi Sara!
The tree bark escort cards are super easy to make! You just purchase the wood pieces from any craft store or online and print your guests name on sticker paper (which you can find at any Office Depot). My guests really loved them and since the pieces were big enough, I suggested they upcylce them as coasters! :)
Thank you everyone for all of the super sweet comments! Megan from La Partie Events & Verosuh definitely helped make our day better than we could've ever imagined!
her shoes ROCK!!! love brides that have style!
Ai!!
Can you be more specific about where to get those fabulous bark circles?
Thanks!
Rachel
