From La Partie Events:
Ai and Zak have a great spirit about them and we instantly connected. They wanted a beautiful, fun and relaxed wedding day so we choose vibrant pinks and peaches to complement the romantic venue and the bridesmaids’ fun teal blue dresses. We incorporated rustic wood pieces to elevate some of the unique vintage vases and placed wood chips directly on the table to tie in with the rustic surroundings. We added fun lotus votive candles and other colorful candleholders to the centerpieces for a little pizzazz. Ai wanted a bouquet full of peonies and I love how the different colored peonies in her bouquet gave this traditional bouquet an interesting twist. Of course the boutonnieres had to be interesting too so I framed them with dried leaves that looked a little rustic and tied in nicely with their gray suits. Ai and Zak’s ceremony decor included two Balinese temple umbrellas and a variety of pomanders we hung as a backdrop. The couple also gave a nod to Ai’s Japanese heritage with a tea ceremony and some Japanese candy on the dessert bar.

Where did you find the LOVE dishes? I LOVE them and would love to incorporate them in my wedding. thanks!
What a fun wedding! I love the candy jars + labels... and the photo frame prop is a great idea - I bet this starts a trend. ;)
So lovely:)
Beautiful couple and the wedding is SO floral!
Very beautiful wedding, and I love how beautiful the dress fits the bride.
Love the shoes and the flowers! Great color palette.
Those LOVE dishes are too cute and perfect with the candy bar! I also adore the flowers and colors. Congratulations to Ai and Zak!
Where did the groom/groomsmen get their suits? That's the exact color I've been looking for! Thanks.
yes! love the labels too. Any info you can provide on these would be wonderful! thanks
Beautiful!
Weird question--how was wearing those shoes all night? I've had my eye on them for my wedding but fear my feet would be in too much pain.
Thanks!
Beautiful wedding! The photography is awesome! Love the entire color palette of the wedding!
Lovely! Where did you get the LOVE candy platter?
What is style/name of you dress?? Its exactly what I'm looking for!
Thanks you SMP team for the amazing spread!
Please tell me where you got those table cloths!
Hi everyone!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of the sweet comments! :)
The LOVE plates are from this site: http://www.weddingmountain.com/p-646-love-plates-set.aspx
The labels I found off of this site (it's an amazing place to get tons of DIY templates & fonts): http://www.i-do-it-yourself.com/2009/01/hp-free-printable-labels/
The men's tuxs were rentals from Jim's formal wear, the style was the Jean Yves Grey Savoy.
The dress is the Pronovias W1, style 411! :) It's an amazing dress that fits to your form really well!
The shoes were comfortable for the first couple hours but after dancing and walking around for a few, let's just say I started to feel how high they were!
The table cloths I actually had a friend of mine make. The fabric is by Amy Butler (who makes the cutest prints) and the dimensions were 72" by 15" for a 60" round table! If you have any sewing skills (I didn't), my friend said it was super easy to do!
Thank you SMP for helping us remember how special this day was for us and for all of the inspiration you provided to me and so many brides daily! :)
