Philadelphia Wedding ~ Eclatante Event Design & Beautiful Blooms

Kendall Brown at Eclatante Event Design sent us another of her sensational weddings to share with you today.

The intro from Kendall …

Holly and Bill (a U.S.A.F. jet pilot) lived, literally, three doors away from each other in Northern Liberties, yet didn’t meet until they passed each other while Holly was walking her Yorkie named Lola. They struck up a conversation and the rest is history!

Everything about their wedding day was picture perfect. Holly had an amazing Lazaro gown.

The ceremony and reception took place at the historic Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. The florals were beautifully done by Beautiful Blooms.

And from Donna at Beautiful Blooms …
Bill and I met when he was moving into my apartment building and we instantly became friends. One day Bill told me that he had met a girl who lived three doors down from our building. Within a year they were engaged! I was thrilled when they asked me to design the flowers for their wedding. It was so special! The bridesmaids bouquets were a combination of orange parrot tulips, orange roses, electric blue hydrangea, orange asclepius and blue delphiniums. The centerpieces contained orange callas, roses and freesia with blue hydrangea and delphinium.

Donna also tells on her blog that Holly’s best friend and maid-of-honor gave Bill her half of the Best Friend’s necklace that she had saved for almost 20 years. As Donna said, “… not a dry eye in the house!”
