Maintaining the “Wow!” Factor is important when planning an event that requires friends and family to travel cross-country to attend. Start with a 20 minute gondola ride to the top of Aspen Mountain with the spectacular landscape unfolding hundreds of feet below. Proceed to an intimate ceremony against a magnificent backdrop at the wedding deck. Continue to dinner by candlelight in a private mountain chalet. Include a photo booth just for fun. As the proud bride :) I can answer the questions:
The cake stand was borrowed from our cake bakery, "Classic Cakes of Aspen"
The favors came from http://www.greenworldproject.net/ - they're wonderful!
And, last but certainly not least, the groom's attire is from J.Crew, summer 2009.
I'm still such a fan of this blog and now that I'm happily married I continue to follow, doesn't hurt that we were a featured wedding!
As a guest of the wedding, I don't have to tell you that the bride was beautiful and the groom was handsome, the backdrop, stunning and best of all the whole thing went off without a hitch.
