The inspiration behind SMP’s Fashion Week definitely came from the RIDICULOUSLY gorgeous photographs that our very own fashion photographer Matthew Grazier snapped. He is a genius behind the lens for sure, but I’ll be the first to admit that he had some pretty awesome subjects to work with. And what better way to introduce you to this week’s gorgeousness than with the queen of all things wedding chic. Monique Lhuillier. A designer that I have obsessed over forever and whose gowns have literally brought me to tears. Click here to see all of the gowns.

Monique Spring 2011 collection was inspired by “A Field of Dreams.” Think nature…twigs, butterflies, rosettes, feathers. Anything dreamy and ethereal. With silhouttes that ranged from perfect sheaths to stunning ballgowns, the entire collection was Monique perfection. We have the full line right here and information on each gown should be up on their site soon.
Another gorgeous fashion inspired wedding coming up next! Oh and a HUGE thank you to Matthew and Enna Grazier for the images!

I´m in love with the first dress.
Just when you start thinking"Where could the wedding dress possibly go next that it hasn't already been" they floor you with amazement!!! I love how the ingenuity just keeps coming.... Bravo!!!
Gorgeous, love Monique's loosely structured designs. This is very well designed and photographed!
STUNNING STUNNING STUNNING! I want to get married again!
Absolutely Gorgeous Dresses! Love the 3rd to last Dress, with the lace top. I'd get married all over again just to wear that dress!
Sigh. Another collection of absolute FABULOUS dresses that crush the soul of us budget brides that could only dream of affording a Monique Lhuiller dress.
absolutely amazing! the short dress is to die for!
simply stunning. the first dress, the dress with the "floral" silhouette and the dress with the "cape" are my favorites!
I'm with Amelia -- I love that the lace top as well.
Wow, so many beautiful dresses. I'm wearing a Monique L. Bliss dress in my wedding this summer (from her affordable collection) - a good option for brides who want the same amazing fabric and attention to detail that Monique is famous for. Any chance any of the featured dresses fall into that line?
Soooooo in love with the long and short version of the "flower" dress. I just did a photoshoot with them and they are GORGEOUS. I just had to try them on myself..... Felt just as good as it looked!
Her use of texture is amazing!
