When you think of showering your loved ones with the ultimate in romantic tokens, you think of rich red roses, some bubbly, and sweet, luscious chocolates ~ and that is precisely what Madalyn and Gabe chose to do for their wedding!

The ultra-talented team at Geranium Lake in Portland, Oregon have shared two totally different and totally beautiful weddings with us today! That’s THE best thing about working in the wedding industry. So many styles, so many passions!
First up … Madalyn and Gabe.

From the Geranium Lake team …
We like to call this wedding our “Velvety Red at The Viewpoint Inn” because of the rich, garnet red that this bride chose. Her romantic wedding took place at the famous Viewpoint Inn in the Columbia Gorge (only 22 miles outside of Portland, OR) where the movie Twilight was filmed! The Inn, originally a residence, is now a charming boutique hotel and restaurant. It features a stunning great lawn overlooking the Columbia River Gorge and classic decor.

Madalyn and Gabe were married on the great lawn and then moved their party inside to the glassed in porch where they dined family-style at long tables adorned with piles and piles of rich, red roses accented with bits of gold!

After dinner their guests were treated to a full-on chocolate extravaganza and cigar buffet.

They even put together adorable, galvanized kiddie-buckets to keep the kid-o’s entertained.

I love this!! Mini Champagne bottles + Chocolate Extravaganza = HEAVEN!!!!
TOTAL Twi-hard here and I would totally get married here if I lived in OR. I love the tablescape and that the streamers at the ceremony.
I may have smacked my head into my monitor trying to get at those piles of chocolate! What an easy way to add some extravagance to a wedding! To me, nothing says "celebration of love" better than a table overflowing with chocolate. :)
Beautiful! I love the dark red accents on the children, very elegant. And those chocolates look so yummy!!
What a classic wedding! I love red, black and gold theme and the round menu cards. Any idea where to get the circular paper?
Love the champagne! ANy idea where to get the mini bottles?
How can you go wrong with such gorgeous red roses! Actually, I'm going to bookmark this idea for my upcoming wedding anniversary bash - roses, bubbly and lots and lots of chocolates - to die for!
I would love to know more about the matches from the bride..where she ordered them and the cigars! Great wedding!!
Aaahh...I am a lucky girl to have been at this AMAZING wedding! Everything was perfect that day~ love you Maddy and Gabe:)
Hi Ladies,
I coordinated this wedding and as beautiful as the photos are, this wedding was even more amazing in person. Everything turned out so beautifully and the bride was stunning. To answer your questions...
The champagne bottles were ordered from www.napacabs.com and we had the labels/beading custom done by a local vendor, www.crave-design.com
The menus were also custom done, contact me if you are looking for more details. (www.bridalbliss.com)
Loved being a part of this wedding it was truely as beautiful as the pictures portray. Congrats to my big brother and new sister in law. The View Point was an amazing setting for this wedding.
