It’s just about that time of year for us to ever-so-daintily step up onto our soap box and begin shaking our pretty little fists toward the skies … imploring you to hire a professional cinematographer to record your once-in-a-lifetime wedding day moments. It IS, you know. Once ~ in a lifetime moments. With wedding film in hand, you will re-live those goosebumps over and over again. No doubt about it.
But first, before we go there ~ here’s a bit about Jennifer and Andrew’s beautiful day …

Jennifer and Andrew were married on a beautiful, warm sunny day in September at the Garden of the God’s Club in Colorado Springs. Jenny grew up hiking the trails of Garden of the God’s and always envisioned having her wedding amidst the stunning red rocks with Pike’s Peak towering over the majestic scenery in the background. You couldn’t ask for a more heavenly backdrop. Jenny and Andrew looked gorgeous, from the glimmery details on her gown to the end of the coattails on his jacket. Andrew wanted privacy for their ‘first meeting’ so we kept our distance, capturing their emotions as Jenny’s father slowly walked her across the wide open field to where Andrew stood waiting. Even from so far away, the love in their hearts shown all around them, as a nervous Andrew practiced his first dance moves with his soon-to-be bride. As the ceremony approached, the skies began to look threatening, although it seemed as if the clouds parted right over the ceremony site and we shockingly didn’t see a drop of rain. The ceremony was absolutely breathtaking, filled with love, faith, passion and beauty. The copper bridesmaid’s dresses worked perfectly with the orange and purple bridesmaids bouquets, and the moss-covered cross was a sign of the faith and love these two hold for each other. The intricate details on the cake matched the elegance of the day to a T and was equally delicious! (what can I say – we always try to sneak a piece during dancing when no one’s looking) Andrew’s family and friends made the long leap across the pond from England to be with them on their wedding day, and the reception was filled with a nice mix of cultures and music. Things got a little heated during the ‘Brits vs. Yanks’ karaoke sing-off competition, but luckily no one was hurt – except maybe their ears! Totally kidding. Nothing says goodnight like a sparkler send-off, and it was an awesome end to a exceptional day that we were so lucky to be a part of. Congrats to Jenny and Andrew!

Now ~ back to the subject at hand. Wedding films. There is simply no better way to convince you that it’s vital for you to include a cinematographer in your panel of experts than to show you! Five minutes of goosebumps and happy tears from Mike and Summer at Rising Moon Video …

I love the video that Rising Moon Video published on here, it's just beautiful! I also love some of the background music on the video & was wondering how I could find out the name of the instrumental music peice that was playing while the couple said their vows??? I am looking for an instrumental peice like that to walk down the isle to & would really love to find out some information on that music.......can anyone help me? :-)
Thanks Rebecca, I'm glad you enjoyed our highlight film! The name of the instrumental song is "The Ludlows" by James Horner & London Symphony Orchestra from the Legends of the Fall Soundtrack.
Do you know who designed her dress? It's lovely and very unique
