We are taking a little pause in today’s gorgeousness to tell you about a super cool, super innovative workshop held by Flowerwild that will be happening April 26th and 27th in Santa Barbara. When I tell you that it is going to be amazing, I am hardly doing it justice. Seriously. Think Jose Villa on photography, Joel Serrato on film, Duet Weddings on styling and of course, Kate of Flowerwild on floral design. It is going to be incredible, beyond incredible. Awe inspiring. And I hope that you’ll sign up to be a part of it all!

If there is such a thing as floral perfection, Kate’s designs would be the definition. Her work is always romantic without being over the top, always timeless while still being undeniably contemporary and fresh. Brides (and bloggers) obsess over Kate’s incredibly beautiful touch, her attention to perfect details and her unfussy but totally chic style. Plus, she always works with the best vendors on weddings like this one that Jose shot…

And this one that Jessica Claire photographed and that you guys went absolutely bananas for, particularly because the flowers were so freaking gorgeous…

So to attend this course would be kind of like, a dream come true. And I honestly can’t wait to see the beauty that comes out of the day. Thank you so much to Kate at Flowerwild for letting SMP be a part of this process. I can’t wait to see how it all turns out!

Sooo totally gorgeous in everyway!!!
Those gold shoes are AMAZING....can you tell me what brand they are?
So beautiful!
LOVE THE SHOES!!! Details please!!
i love the muted roses!
Love the tablescapes! What are/ where do you find those awesome crystal balls? Gorgeous. And beautiful photography too!
Great idea, but at $1,600 for the workshop, it's definately not for the average DIY bride.
The bracelet is stunning! Where is it from?
I'd love to know who those shoes are by also! Any insight?
I also want to know where to find the crystal balls! Love them!
I guess I should note that this workshop is not really intended for your average DYI bride...it is my way of reaching other designers who are looking to experience working with some of the best vendors in the industry, and creating a stunning "mock" event - in a truly intimate environment. Building flower arrangements from the ground up and styling a table that is unforgettable. Style Me Pretty has become a wonderful resource for both brides and wedding professionals and a great place to find and build friendships for many designers. Thanks Abby for your support.
The link to the Jose wedding isn't working for me.
Eeek! Sorry about that...should be working now:)
The flower workshop is right up my wife's alley, boy would I'd score big points next year if I made this part of a weekend Santa Barbara get-away at our favorite B&B on Bath St. Next year's 2011 workshop is Feb. 24th and 25th. Thx
