We have a day filled with Texas sunshine and love from Stella & Leon Alesi! Three weddings ~ three color palettes, three gorgeous couples, totally different takes on what a dream day can be … but most of all ~ a day filled with beauty!
First up is Julie and Ryan’s San Antonio Riverwalk wedding from this past October. The best wedding month in Texas!

On the Alesi’s blog, Stella says she has a theory. Her theory is that part of being a great wedding photographer is having the ability to attract great clients. And that, my friends is what we are hoping to do with Style Me Pretty’s Little Black Book Blog! Developing relationships between the LBB vendors and the SMP readers. That’s what it’s all about!

She goes on to tell us a little about Julie and Ryan ~ how fun loving and creative they are, how lovingly they treated each other that day.

They were married at the Southwest School of Art and Craft alongside the riverwalk.

Congratulations Julie & Ryan on a beautiful day!

More wedding from Stella and Leon Alesi coming up in a bit!

We JUST learned that one of our fantastic LBB members, Mika78 did the stationery for Julie and Ryan! We knew we loved it … now we know why!!

Just checked Mika78′s website … looks like this invitation is named The Quote. “We had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossoms had fallen from our branches, we found that we were one tree and not two.” ~ from de Bernieres’ novel, Corelli’s Mandolin

The entire Mika78 ready made letterpress design catalog is on their website. LOVE. You should totally take a look {twenty-two ink colors} LOVE!

Hi,
Lovely pictures. Do you know where the bridesmaid dresses are from?
It's so great to see a bride with glasses on!
I know why Stella and Leon get great couples...they are a great couple themselves. Thoughtful, artistic, generous and fun. I feel honored to know them! SQ
L-O-V-E LOVE the bride and groom birds, any tips on where they're from?
I'm going to San Antonio for a wedding in May, and seeing this gets me really excited about it! I have heard the Riverwalk is beautiful. Also thanks for showcasing the invites... they are awesome!
Love all the warm and pretty details of this wedding and the invites are gorgeous!
The birds are from Ann Wood Handmade!!! Love them too!
mutual admiration suzi!
and yes, isn't fun to see a bride with glasses?! we of course shot some of her without,
but she really liked them and I thought they just added to her style.
Thanks for all your lovely comments. To Kelly, the bridesmaid dresses are from Jenny Yoo's eastern shangtung collection. Julie mentioned that each bridesmaid picked a different style in the same color.

OH my goodness, what a fun wedding!! Great shoes!!
I am DYING to know where I can get the hanging vases that flanked the aisle...I have been looking everywhere for them!! please? :)
I second what Ling said -- love the glasses. (And the shoes!)
I love the maids dresses. Do you know what specific color fabric it is from Jenny Yoo?
Thank you all for the compliments!
@LaurenRenee: Those were rentals though my florist. I can see if I can find the information for you.
@Kate: The color is Pomegranate, I believe. The colors that they show on the website are a bit different from the actual fabric swatches.
@Angel: Yup, the birdies are from Ann Wood. I talked with Ann many times via email, and she was really wonderful about telling me when she would have birds available on her site.
hi..love ur shoes!! im trying to get ones that have that pop of color and height...where ddi u get yours? thanks!
@ Maritza: They are Delman shoes, a great, old and relatively unknown brand. I found them on Zappos. They do not have them anymore, but I would definitely recommend that brand.
Wow this was in san antonio?
