Crystal and Conor tied the knot on Independence Day, at one of my favorite venue’s in the Sacramento region, The Monte Verde Inn. A gorgeous estate built in the 1939, with tons of antique shabby chic charm. Crystal and Conor went for a simple and contemporary style, featuring bright yellows and accents of grey. She used lemons, pinwheels, polka-dotted menu cards, and beautiful floral to show off their theme. The guys wore grey suits from Banana Republic and and the women in yellow dresses from J.Crew. She coordinated their accessories with yellow ties for the men, and grey shoes for the women. Crystal sported the most fabulous yellow heels made by Nike. The entire wedding was perfectly cohesive.

This is so cute and springy! It makes me long for May and warmer weather. Also...I am really starting to love this yellow and grey mix!
gorgeous! any idea where the bridesmaids shoes are from or what the brand is?
I love the yellow pinwheels. Where did you get those?
Love the pic with the rings around the heels! Such a clever idea!
I love this wedding. I would never thought to use yellow but it is breathtaking. I to love the pic of the rings on the shoes. Wonderful pics they really captured the event.
I LOVE the photo of the rings on the heels! Really smart.
Love the yellow and the little details! The rings on the shoes is so cool!
Are the groomsmen's suits also from Banana Republic?
I absolutely love that cake! The closeup shot of it in the photo gallery is just beautiful. I can't believe the texture and the perfect, tiny flowers. Gorgeous.
Thank you everyone!!! I'm so excited that our wedding was featured on Style Me Pretty! I've been a HUGE fan of this blog!! Just wanted to answer some of the questions posted on here:
Courtney: The Bridesmaids shoes are the brand Vaneli, and the girls ordered them from zappos.com. I think they still have a shoe similar to this one, but in silver instead of gray.
Kacey: I made the pinwheels myself, with the help of lots of friends! I used a step by step instruction I think I found on Oncewed.
Robin: Only the groom's suit was from banana; the groomsmen's suits were from a local shop in Sacramento called Derows and Sharma on K street.
ALSO - Just wanted to point out that our photographer was Jessica Moores of Stout Photography and her website is www.stoutphoto.com.
I almost chose the Monte Verde Inn as my wedding venue. Great little place. The woman that does the cakes there is amazing. This cake is beautiful!
