It’s Valentine’s Day! Which to a wedding blogger means that it’s a day of total gorgeousness and unabashed romance. Not necessarily of the pink and red variety. When we laid eyes on this insanely gorgeous wedding, photographed by Elizabeth Messina, designed by Lisa Vorce and with florals by Mindy Rice, well. Let’s just say we begged them to let us feature a little tidbit of the beauty. The full wedding spread will be in the April issue of C Magazine (which is an AWESOME glossy by the way) and I just might be the first person to pick up a copy. I am that in love.

And to add a little bit of icing on the already gorgeous cake, one of our favorite cinematographers, Curtis Heyne of Living Cinema, has sent a vignette of the day our way. And it’s possibly the most beautiful love story you’ve ever seen IN. YOUR. LIFE. Seriously. It’s so lovely, the tears will be unavoidable.
So with this gift of gorgeousness, we wish you all a very Happy Valentine’s Day. Don’t forget to give your sweetie a kiss, give your mom a call, give your pups a pet and tell the friends in your life just how much you love them. Oh and let’s ALL give Elizabeth Messina a big congratulations, as she is celebrating the 1 year anniversary of her beautiful blog, Kiss the Groom.
XOXO

I'll have to check in to your stunning blog from time to time. My 11 year old has informed us recently that she wants a very lavish, elegant wedding. Your blog may just send her over the top!!
A beautiful, classic wedding.
I'm in love! There really aren't any words, this wedding is just stunning!
I love this very organic, real look of these images, the moments and emotion are captured beautifully.
Elizabeth's work is amazing!
Hey, absolutely loved your video! Its simply classic and fabulous. I was wondering if you could tell me a little more about the background song you used for this video. Its so beautiful. Thanks a ton.
Deepti
beautiful abby...i love the way you use my work & your words are always so sweet...hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful valentine's day....xoxo...elizabeth
Where did the bride find those amazing earrings? Such a gorgeous wedding!
The colors are wonderful! Beautiful!
Simply amazing! I love the style of the wedding AND the style of the video! Great job!
Everything is in total harmony. How unbelievably gorgeous. Elizabeth Messina never disappoints. And I have a huge crush on Living Cinema. What a great Valentine, Abby!
Gah, those SHOES. I must know more about them. Beautiful people, gorgeous venue, exquisite taste - thanks for sharing, Abby! (Also, the woman (at top) looks A LOT like model/actress Ali Landry.)
I love the Hahn Estate!! It is just THAT amazing. :)
Beautiful wedding!! I love the colors. Every touch was just right. Super classy and gorgeous. The whole wedding setting was perfect! Thanks for sharing those photos..
Wow! That video is absolutely the best videography that I've seen. If there was a videographer this good near my hometown, I might consider hiring one. Thanks including the video in this post!
So lovely and sweet wedding pictures. Thank you for sharing these great wedding photos!
The wedding looks so amazing. I love the couple. They look so in love with each other.
Living Cinema did a great job, it's definitely on par with what's out there, but your statement about them being the best that you've ever seen so far REALLY concerns me. I'm sure there's a ton of wedding cinematographers claiming to be the best but no one can touch trendsetters like stillmotion, elysium, and step1
The SHOES...omg. Gorgeous! Does anybody know where I can find these??
Ladies, the shoes are OMELLE. You can see more pics of the ridiculously fabulous shoes on Elizabeth's site: http://www.kissthegroom.com/?p=4819
Love this! And I always love a spanish detail! Reminds me of my wedding with Spaniard touches...and not to mention the spanish background. :) What a stunning couple.
Absolutely stunning. Everything about this wedding. Oh! And her dress---TO DIE FOR!!! Well done!
Hi John...we love all of those companies mentioned as well. In fact we work with a couple of them and brag about them constantly. I consider Julie at Elysium a total genius. But for some reason, this particular clip that Curtis sent TOTALLY got to me. I just love it.
Wow, simple elegance, so incredibly breathtaking. Great wedding film too!
Stunningly beautiful!! BTW, that is Ali Larter in the top picture.
Wow, those are some shoes! Beautiful couple and beautiful photography! Congratulations!
That's some stunning photography! Bravo!!
Love the shoes, this bride has style.
Wow, her dress is amazing. Stunning wedding! Does anyone know who the designer is?
The dress is Vera Wang, does anyone know the style?
AMAZING!!!! Please please please tell me where those candles came from??
Thanks so much!!
The dress is Vera Wang-Amelia. I am wearing the same dress for my wedding! It is from her Fall 2009 line.
I agree!! absolutely beautiful film!! Curtis's work is wonderful!
Can you tell me where you got those hanging glass lanterns. They are so beautiful! Feel free to email me leighanne.landman@gmail.com. Thank you.
That video is sooo sweet!! I definitely teared up!! What a fab wedding! So chic!! And it didn't hurt that the bride was SUPER gorgeous.
I recognized Elizabeth photos before I saw her credit - she has such a unique and romantic voice and vision - the perfect fit for a valentine' day wedding - as a matter of fact -for any day wedding!
I too book marked this wedding way back in Decemeber for the shoes! Love the shoes!
I love this wedding!!! Does anyone know where the little designs on the cake are from?!! It would help sooo much. Thanks!!
The shoes are Omelle! She makes amazing shoes and they can be found on her website. Most of the wedding party were wearing Omelle. And yes that is Ali Landry. They are from the same hometown.
The vignette perfectly captures the essence that we all felt attending this most magical ceremony! Cherise is an accomplished designer, and you can clearly see that in her choices of themes/colors/materials/decor. I am so thrilled to see that their special day will be in print soon; it is so well deserved!
Ladies, don't you just love those shoes? We die over them! Check these, and MORE, out at http://omelle.com
To the wedding planner, Lisa, thank you for creating such an event that we, as attendees, will NEVER forget. Elizabeth, thank you for beautifully capturing these special once-in-a-lifetime moments, which will now last us lifetimes. And to Living Cinema, thank you for putting together such a priceless film that allows us to re-live this day over and over again, and allowing us to feel like we are there again!
Aimee,
It's Ali Landry (not Larter) and her husband Alejandro Monteverde in the top picture!
Does anyone know the song they used for their video? It's beautiful!
Gorgeous gorgeous wedding! Simply stunning!! I have to know where the Bride's earrings came from! xxx
That dress just screams romance! Lovely wedding.
DEEPTI: It looks like you didn't get an answer about the background song- I looked it up it is called "The new love song" by Joshua James
Oh this wedding takes my breath away, it's literally my dream wedding. I just wish I had the budget for it too!
Great work with the film, Curtis. Love some of those moments in there. Of course the simple elegance of Lisa's design work is just perfect, as usual, and the images from Elizabeth are gorgeous.
For more information regarding the many details of this lavish wedding, I recently noticed Cherise's post on her website's blog. Here's the link:

Thank you all for your kind words. We were so blessed to work with an amazing group of people on this day. Cherise and Aaron look amazing in person and on film. Thank you Abby!
Beautiful, just beautiful!!
Sooooooo Romantic and elegant.
