It just so happens that many of this week’s weddings took place in warm, sunny California. Being an east coast girl myself, I don’t often get the opportunity to attend a wedding in say, Malibu. So, getting a glimpse of how west coast brides incorporate their surroundings totally makes me happy. I bookmarked a ton of ideas from the weddings below and wish I could find some way to include the mini Palm Spring cactus in my upcoming Pennsylvania wedding…

Thank you Lovely Libby!!!! ♥
I am dying to see a better pic of this dress! The flowers are great but the dress looks amazing as well!
I love those flowers. Wow.
Lovely bouquet, I've never seen it's equal!
Sigh! Peonies are so romantic. What are those equally frilly flowers in yellow?
The flowers are beautiful!
Great list. Love it!
Krystle - we'll get back to you on the amazing frilly yellow flower!
Hi Everyone! As the florist that designed the bouquet, I happen to know that the amazing frilly yellow flower is a garden rose! There's truly nothing better! And the dress...I can't wait for you all to see more of it, as it really IS amazing!
This photograph is beautiful, and the flowers unique. Having never heard of a garden rose before, I just want to say thank you for the info on the "frilly yellow flower". I am going to make sure to recommend it and this type of floral arrangement to brides I work with. Beautiful!
Great photo... Look, I gotta tell ya that I'm a sucker for a great use of depth of field in photography. Custom Wedding photography is just a really good use of your money.

I am in LOVE with this photograph! The colors, the flowers, the dress - simply lovely!
I love the idea of using English roses (David Austin) in wedding bouquets.
They not only look romantic but smell wonderful, too!
Trust me I know - I grow them in my rose garden! :)
I just posted some pictures from a traditional Pakistani wedding on my blog.. Marigolds are the traditional flower for the Mehndi celebrations, and feature heavily in the decor, in bracelets etc!
Beautiful bouquet. Love to use them if there is a chance.
Gorgeous bouquet and color palette!
Thanks for the details about the garden roses!!! I'm going to use them in my bouquet for sure! I've seen pink garden roses before, but never ones that look like that!! Amazing.
The tulle dress and those flowers ... smashing!
