Palm Springs Wedding with Style, III

February 2nd. 2010 by Abby Larson | Filed Under | 20 comments

I’m pretty sure that I’ve looked at today’s wedding a hundred times. It’s just so sunny and happy, so completely full of personality. And it comes as no surprise that the fabulous Meg Fickling of La Partie Events is behind the super duper adorable design. Together with Albert Lewis of Mulberry Photography…well, they’ve made my job even better than usual.

These colors are so bright and cheerful! And I adore the reception shots - the paper lanterns and those fabulous chairs...very palm springs! Just beautiful.

There is something about those lanterns...the orange+pink+white combo is SO happy and perfectly-designed. And the cactus "balls" stacked in the cylinder vase is totally unique. Never seen an arrangement quite like that!

Being a wedding pro, I know that any wedding that looks so very fun and festive, casual and colorful actually has been highly designed and wonderfully executed. Nice job, everyone, and congrats to the couple!

Did not think I'd like the orange flowers at first, but they contrast well against the green grass and leaves.
