So, today is a big day for Christian. He actually just rolled out a pretty, sparkly, completely gorgeous new website that showcases his work, along with the incredibly photographers that shoot with his brand. If you are ever feeling even a little bit in need of some wedding inspirations, start with Christian’s site. It’s pure wedding insanity.
And to add to the eye candy that we’ve been sharing today, here are a few more of his absolutely lovely weddings. This one, shot by Shawn Connell for Christian Oth, was held at the Plaza and lived up to the beauty of the venue beyond compare.

This next little work of art was shot by Michael Falco for Christian Oth and was held at the Harold Pratt House. And I am obsessed.

And lastly, this absolutely gorgeous wedding shot by Alison Mayfield was held at the Capitale…

I really wanted today to be a canvas for incredible wedding photography on Style Me Pretty. We owe photographers like Christian so much for allowing us to feature their work, to inspire brides through the photographs they capture. So although I didn’t go into detail about the weddings we featured today, I hope that you were brought to tears, made to smile or inspired to create a relationship with your photographer that will allow for images like these to come shining through.
And a huge thank you to Christian and his team for spending the day with us! Don’t forget to check out their fancy new site…aside from individual portfolios for each of the photographers he works with, Christian has also included a list of his favorite wedding resources. It’s genius.

I don't suppose anyone knows where the first bride got her gown from? It so beautiful!!
Stunning....
Wow these are amazing!! Do you know where the pictures at the gate were taken?? I am looking for formal picture locations near NYC and I loooove how that lookss!
The gate in the picture is from the Conservatory Gardens at Central Park in NYC ( 105th Street and 5th Avenue). You need the permit to take pictures there. I think the permit was $30, try to request it early to avoid stress ( I got mine 3 wks before and it was unnecessary stress. It's not hard to get, just needs to be done. And yes, the guard will ask for it.). Good Luck !
I love that last veil. Where to find?
Thanks so much Sylvia!
I am dying to know where the first bride got her dress. is it just amazingly beautiful!
Yes, where is the first bride's gown from??? It's unbelievable. Exactly what I'm looking for.
Would love to see more of this type of city chic weddings. They are all so classy, elegant and just plain gorgeous!
Jen:
like Sylvia said, those pictures were taken at the Conservatory Gardens. It's hardly a secret though, so if your wedding is on a Saturday in June, expect several wedding parties there. There are a great many other locations in the NYC area. I have started to compile a few of them on a map and they are available here:

Cheers!
This has to be my favorite day thus far on SMP because of the type of weddings you are featuring. Everything is just drop dead gorgeous and elegant and, as Jenn said "city chic".
I know so many visitors to your site love the rustic, DIY, backyard-style weddings, but these features today are what I really love to look at because (and I know I'm being selfish here) my wedding isn't backyard - its in a ballroom, in a city...and it's nice to see the change of pace! Thanks for showing these gorgeous, inspriational weddings!! You've made my day.
And, although I have my gown already, I would love to know who that top gown is by. That is one of the most stunning dresses I have ever seen!
any info on where the first bride got her earrings? I adore them
I'd love to know who designed the gown worn by the bride in the 'Classic Couture' wedding featured on Shawn Connell's profile page. Another stunning gown and wonderful, wonderful photography!
The first bride's dress is a Reem Acra and the earrings were custom made for the bride.
Margaret is right. The drees is by Reem Acra.
I would love to know where the first bride got her shoes. Anyone know who makes them?
What is the style name or season of the Reem Acra dress? It's beautiful!
Reem Acra Fall 2009, but I'm not sure of the style name or number.
I think this is the first bride's dress:

She must've added the belt herself. It says it's a runway dress and may not be available to purchase!
Beautiful photos as always. He takes photos on bizarre places and on rare angles thus producing timeless photos. I really get the feeling with his photos.
I love the first bride's earrings - just a tiny hint of blue it looks like - anyone know where I could get something similar???
Absolutely breath taking!
Amy Joy: Those shoes are Louboutin's. Who would expect any less from that bride, she exudes gorgeousness!
If anyone could tell me where the very first bride found those fantastic earrings I would be eternally grateful! They match my ring and are exactly what I've been looking for!
Anna - check out www.sohogem.com. They have very similarly styled earrings. They are gorgeous!!! I'm contemplating a pair of topaz earrings for my own wedding. Something blue!
The Bride's Dress is called "Sea Dream". It's made of a very beautiful silk organza. It was one of my first runner up dresses. Right now, it is only carried at the Reem Acra boutique on 60th between Fifth & Madison. Ask for Heidi Meisner. She was so patient and lovely and helpful and made my dress shopping experience there so memorable.
Thank you Christian!!
His work is amazing!
