We’ve loved sharing a few of our favorite weddings with you this week. Some are totally new to us, others we’ve admired for some time… just like this affair from Aaron Delesie and Lisa Vorce of Oh How Charming! Recognize some of the photos? We thought these were so beautiful we asked Aaron if we could use them on our site. You may have seen some of them on the Little Black Book. But we (obviously) weren’t the only ones that had a big soft spot for this gorgeous event…
From LBB Assistant Director, Callie…
When I first saw this wedding nearly a year ago, I was equally enamored and surprised. The eclectic, casual, earth-tone-driven style was not something I’d been drawn to, but I found myself checking every half hour to see if there were new pictures!

I think it’s obvious that the design, inspiration and eye-candy-WOW of this wedding are impeccable — but that’s not why it’s my favorite. I love this wedding because it wasn’t distracting. It was so original and uniquely “Day & Max“, that all of the bells and whistles simply pointed to the couple, the atmosphere, and the meaning of the day.

It was a wedding that invited everyone to step outside of their box, and see through the sometimes chaos of wedding planning, to what’s really important: an event made stunning by two people in love on the happiest day of their lives.

Vendor Credits: Photography by Aaron Delesie / Bride’s Gown Lela Rose / Bridesmaid Dresses Kay Unger / Lisa Vorce of Oh How Charming! / Florals by Mindy Rice / Cinematography by Living Cinema, you can see the film right here.
You can see more of beautiful photos right here on Aaron’s blog and if you want to get the whole scoop on the day you can catch up on the story right here in the original SMP post.
More of our favorites on the way in a bit!

Awesome Post! We love the softness of these photos. They are truly elegant. We've always loved multi-color bridesmaids dresses and dang that is a LOT of bridesmaids!!! :) Everything of these is just beautiful. :)
I agree with Cathy and David. I was just about to write how much I loved the softness of the images and the array of colourful bridesmaids dresses - beautiful.
I loved this wedding too -- in fact, I took one of the pictures of the bride to my hairstylist as an example of the type of style I wanted for my wedding day in November :)
So natural and simple. Who needs flamboyance when this style is so effective?! I especially love the flower centrepieces.
