Fall Inspired Wedding by Alison Ulshoffer
Another cozy wedding to warm us all up on this freezing cold day! This one by the always talented Alison Ulshoffer, a Little Black Book planner that just might love perfect details as much as we do! We are HUGE Alison fans so if you have the chance to take a peek at her blog and her gorgeous site, you’re sure to be a really, really happy bride (or groom…he he).
From Alison…When we first met Pom earlier this year we were so incredibly excited to get started on her wedding. She choose a fabulous location in midtown Sacramento, CA called Mulvaney’s which was a dream location for us to work. The building itself is an old firehouse so we really played off the brick, metal screen doors and antiques. Pom wanted a very simplistic, sophisticated, yet earthy feel to her dinner reception. Along with Cheryl Sage, we choose an array of succulents, true oatmeal linen table clothes, burlap runners, handmade place cards and antique doors.
Jennifer Palamidessi, one of my fabulous event producers, put so much heart into creating Pom’s vision. From the hand stamped place cards to the perfectly placed décor, Jennifer hit this one out of the park. Pom and Cosmo’s were such a gorgeous couple dripping in glamour and Scott Andrew captured their night perfectly. Scott is incredible and we were so thrilled to be working with him. Later in the evening, the old firehouse doors were lifted and the hand-strewn candles lit up the warm fall night. It was absolute perfection.

GORGEOUS! The place settings, the centerpieces, ALL the details came together beautifully. Pom is absolutely stunning. Her vision and Jennifer & Alison's expertise obviously meshed wonderfully. Love it, love it, love it!

Love this wedding! Bella Figura actually printed the letterpress invitations and we loved working with Pom. So fun to see it all come together! The table settings and runner are fabulous.

It is such an honor to be featured on Style Me Pretty - what a dream! My inimate and elegant wedding came together so effortlessly because of Alison and Jennifer. They are the most inspired and talented team I have ever met. My family and friends are still giving compliments about the wedding. It was the most amazing and lovely evening of our lives.
