We are totally smitten with these new DIY Garland Kits made especially for your vintage wedding car. The fabulous Renee Armour, one of our very favorite Little Black Book members, and proud new owner of A Bride’s Ride is responsible for the total cuteness and we couldn’t be more thrilled for her. The banners actually come complete with a fun saying (like Just Married, I Do, Hitched, We Did It, Love & Forever), a strand of handmade flower garland AND two strands of cans, painted white. Ummmm, is that not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen?

Hi Abby! I LOOOVE me some Style Me Pretty, and check it about 5 times a day! I'm getting married in June, and we're having a very vintage, eco-chic wedding which I am pumped for! The pink "Just Married" sign would fit in SO perfectly!! :)
I love the "Just Married" banner in silver. Its such a classic send off in a beautiful way. A lot of times, those send offs look tacky with tons of shoe polish and beer cans tied to the bumper, but not these. They are great and have such a vintage feel to them.
Love the green garland and the Forever banner!

We're getting married in May, so I'd go with "Just Married" in green--totally springy colors and a classic vintage feel to go with our vintage-rustic look!

Oh, the banners are wonderful! Until now I didn't think I would want a banner send off, but I am so smittten after looking at Renee's website. I would LOVE, the pretty green "forever" garland for our May 2010 wedding. Pretty please! :)
The 'Just married' one is my fav. It's classic, it's cute, and its going to look great on the back of our pick up truck!
I love the vintage car banners, they are classy and chic, yet still fun and unique! The silver garland with the "Just Married" tagline would go great with my wedding colors (variations of grey and fuchsia), and would look great in pictures! I love love love this idea!!
I love the "Hitched" banner because it's playful and blue garland since my wedding colors are blue and yellow!
I like the Just Married sign; plus the silver garlands. They would coordinate great with my wedding palatte (soft yellow + grey); these look so SWEET!

I love cheekiness of the "hitched" banner. I'm getting married in April and our "get-a-way" car is one of those old school vintage London black cabs. The white and black "hitched" sign paired with the silver garland will pop on the black cab, making for an unique get-a-away.
Ahhh! What an adorable crafty lady Renee is! That is my cousin, and Maid of Honor's name too, and she is also crafty, too cute!
Ok, so this was tough because all of the choices are gorgeous...but I am DYING over the purple garland! It's gorgeous! And I love the classic, "Just Married" sign. The cans painted is such a cute cute cute thing, I am seriously in love with this idea. Thank you!!
I love the Just Married banner in silver. We're getting married in June, and we'll be driving out on a tractor--what can I say? My fiance is a real a country boy! This banner would add just enough girliness and class to our grand exit!

I love the mustard color garland and the "We did it" banner ... so cute! The mustard would look so great with our fall color scheme and "We did it" just sums it up perfectly, as in, "Hallelujah, We FINALLY got married!!!"

We're getting married in March and our colors are slate blue, pewter, and really light blush pinks and cremes, so I think the Blue banner would fit in perfectly. I love the banner "I Do" because it's just so simple and yet means SO much.

We're getting married in July, and I would just love the Just Married sign and the flower garland in purple! My fiance and I are high school sweethearts, and our high school colors were purple and silver. We were both jocks- he was the QB, I was in volleyball, and we have a million pictures of us in high school wearing our purple team gear. The funny thing is that he got a scholarship to a school with the same colors, so now we have a million college pictures in purple team spirit gear, too. We have been together for almost seven years, and I'm not kidding- all of our photo albums are filled with purple! So basically, we NEED that purple banner to commemorate our extremely purple dating life! :)

I would pick pink "hitched" --- we are actually driving away in my future -father in law's cream pickup truck from the 50s. It is going to look so cool...and this would be perfect --- so classy and fun!!!
I would chose the "Forever" banner (what more is there to hope for?) with the silver banner. I am trying to locate a blue vintage car to hire for our Asheville wedding next year. No luck yet (& sadly N.Carolina isn't on a bride's ride yet) but I have faith that the universe will provide.

Ohhh I love these! We have a trolley instead of a car, so I would go with the classic "Just Married" in blue.
We're using buttons and other circular objects in purple fabrics and papers to accent our wedding. The obvious, and beautiful, choice for our day would be the purple garland with 'Just Married'. I love the classic phrase and it would look great on the Black Thunderbird we're using on the day.

I love the "Just Married" and I'm thinking I like the mustard color. We are using a friend from church's 1969 Mustang that is bright blue so I thought the mustard would give a good pop of something different. Thank's for this opportunity!
Oooh - these are incredible! I'm all about a spash of color, so I would pick purple to go with my maids dresses. I'd definitely do "Hitched" because its a cute play on the traditional "just married". We're doing a trolley and this sign would be such an amazing addition to all the fun pictures we plan on taking.
I would have to go with the "Hitched" sign with the green garland. It's quirky enough to fit my fiance and I! We have already booked our 1948 Cadillac convertible as our getaway car for our wedding in June, and the vintage style of this garland would go perfectly with the classic car! Yay! I'm in love with the "Love" banner with the pink flower garland. We're getting married on my parents farm up in a field of wild flowers by the apple orchards. We'll be having a yellow and pink lemonade stand and an old yellow antique car up at the ceremony site (complete with those giagantic balloons, of course!)...these banners would go perfectly with the vintage car and is the lovely little finishing detail for a fun-whimsical theamed wedding! I LOVE the green garland with "Just Married." While we won't be having a vintage car, the green garland matches our colors perfectly and will look sharp against our black pick-up truck.
Call me simple or old fashioned, but I love the simple "Just Married" banner in purple! Our colors with be a dark plum/eggplant and mauve with hints of silver and gray, and we're crazy about finding unique, vintage details that will set our wedding apart.

I absolutley love the "Hitched" banner. I would definitly go with the Mustard, as our colors are Orange (and teal). It would look soooooooo cute on the back of our new hobby car ( A 1981 Pontiac Trans Am with Gold Bird decal and all!) I am sure we will be driving off in it after the wedding.

What a fun giveaway! I love the Mustard and Blue and We Did It and Hitched! So fun and summery... we're having a wedding in our backyard, which although is in the heart of the city we have a huge yard and a neighboring field!

Silver is one of the primary colors we're using in our wedding due to one of the stars of our wedding day: my sweetie's ride since age 16 -an original Austin Mini from 1967. Since our engagement, he and his father have been painstakingly restoring it with our May 1 wedding deadline looming. In fact, the restored engine is going in this weekend (fingers crossed)! The wonderful silver "Just Married" banner would add that special vintage touch to all the photos featuring his beloved mini.

Hey SMP!!! What a fantastic idea for a giveaway, so creative, chic, and retro...I love, love, love these banners! The Just Married sign in pink matches our wedding and our personalities perfectly. We are getting married in a restored turn of the century hotel in Athens, GA, nicknamed the Classic City. We have a vintage/retro theme for our March wedding. And, of course, a vintage get away car to really complete the package. My fiance and I can not wait to be married to each other and spend the rest of our lives together. These car banners are just adorable! I would choose the green "Just Married" sign if I had to pick just one. The colors for our wedding next July are Navy and Lime Green so this sign would fit perfectly with our wedding. I adore the vintage style and can only imagine the gorgeous pictures that we could have with this cute detail on our get-away car. I am actually thinking of all the other ways we could use these signs- maybe above our candy buffet, at the escort card table, or even hung on the entrance to our tent! I adore the Pink color "LOVE" banner! Pink because my wedding colors are black and white and the pink will be the really girly shade I need as a send off! I absolutely LOVE this! We're having an old white Jag take us from the reception to the hotel, and this banner would look stellar on that Jag! I love the purple - my colors are actually a purple and light blue. And I really really like the idea of having "Forever" spelled on the back of the car...signifying our lifelong commitment. These are just perfect! They are whimsy and classy!
I am currently in grad school, Matt has nursed me through many stress-induced migraines and most recently lyme disease. Early in our relationship the song "Yellow Submarine" became a lullabye of sorts and Matt sings it to me when I am ill. That said, I would chose mustard for a color and would request a custom message "Set Adrift" in honor of our unofficial song!
