I try not to recycle weddings here on SMP, as I always want the content to be fresh and completely original. But, the minute I laid eyes on this wedding, I knew I had to share it. Photographed by Andreas Avdoulos, it’s the wedding of Canada’s House and Home Editor, Suzanne Dimma and is a lesson in restraint, in rustic elegance, in understated style. And I love every bit of it.
And rather than going on and on and on about how gorgeous this day was, I’ll just let you see for yourself with the amazing shots that Andreas captured. If you are interested in finding out all of the behind the scenes goodness, you can check out Suzanne’s blog post, filled to the brim with total gorgeousness.

Congratulations to Suzanne from all of us at Style Me Pretty. For those of you that are dying for more, check out Suzanne’s blog here and Andreas’s blog here.
Some of the vendors included…Photography by Andreas Avdoulos, Planning by Tara O’Grady, Invitations by Backyard Design, gown by Carolina Herrera from White, Food by Rod Bowers.

Thanks Abby! I'm a loyal H&H reader and, having just finished the planning process myself, I was excited to hear about Suzanne's nuptials in the latest issue. I was that she didn't feature pictures, so this was a lovely surprise!!
Congratulations, Suzanne & Arriz!
What an amazing give away!
Andreas is my photographer for my upcoming wedding (june 5, 2010) in Toronot. I actually found him here on smp and am thrilled to be working with him. These photos are gorgeous, as always!

Hi Andreas!! Great work ;o)
These photos are gorgeous. I felt instantly transported to the cottage where this beautiful union took place. I also just love Suzanne Dimma so I was thrilled to see these photos. I may even hire the photographer for a portrait shoot. Thanks for sharing this one!
What a LOVELY wedding. It looks elegant yet not heavy-handed with embellishment. Less IS more... what a gorgeous gown she had as well!
Hello there everyone!
I wanted to say thank you for the support - the amount of inquiries and stories that have been submitted in the last three days has been amazing..overwhelming, but amazing. We're going to be reading all of the stories over the next few weeks. We've had inquiries from all across the US, Europe and as far away as Australia and Japan! Trust me..this is going to be a hard decision...we MAY have to have a runner up option here...stay tuned for the updates on this one!
So, given the amount of interest, I'll be ending the contest on WEDNESDAY, so if you have a story you'd like to send in, or have someone that you think fits the bill, please submit your story by then, as we won't be taking anymore entries after that!
Thank You!
Andreas
