This just in...we woke up this morning to the absolutely, jaw-droppingly gorgeous photographs from our second official From Inspiration to Reality feature! And I am literally busting at the seams. We wrapped up yesterday's day of gorgeousness with an amazing giveaway by Chewing the Cud and since we have another day of pretty, I thought we could start the day with a giveaway as well! This one by our favorite retailer ever, Crate and Barrel!
Just a reminder that you guys only a few days left to register with...
A pristine winter-white weekend at Beaver Creek ... a glistening bride ... a gorgeous groom. And you have ... a truly awesome wedding!!
Katie and Davis' December '08 wedding was sent to us by Little Black Book member Gemini Event Planning. Meg helped them in arranging the most amazing day...
We have had so much prettiness today on SMP, I thought that the icing on the cake would be a really, really pretty giveaway. I've been smitten with Chewing the Cud's Fabric Gift Wrap for a while now...it's the perfect, eco-friendly, absolutely thoughtful solution to oftentimes wasteful wrapping paper. Printed on 100% organic cotton with soy-based inks, these wraps really due justice to the gift tucked inside. Plus, they come in...
My sister-in-law Jess literally goes crazy over anything that Ines Di Santos designs. Being one of the voices behind our Look Book, Jess has the sheer pleasure of working with tons of really talented designers and yet there is just something about Ines that really gets her. After seeing their 2010 Collection, it's pretty easy to see why. Photographed by the loveable and ridiculously talented...
This affair sent to us by the wedding pros at Details Details is completely elegant, glamorous, and just down right pretty. The gorgeous setting and jaw-dropping flowers would be enough to make us swoon, but the exquisite invites and the stunning tabletops put us over the edge. We had to share.
The Resort at Pelican Hill was an idyllic setting...

The brand has always been about gorgeous, luxurious, completely detailed gowns and they've brought a small handful of brands under their umbrella that bring a little something different to their name. The Vineyard Collection is one of my absolute favorites. Both in bridesmaids and in bridal. Here's a little peek at Vineyard's Fall 2010...
Melissa Sweet came out of the gate swinging this season. They actually might have featured my favorite dress of Fashion Week in its entirety...which is kind of insane given that the gorgeousness was beyond belief. Although they are a part of the Priscilla of Boston Family, Melissa Sweet has its own unique voice, its own unique style.
There really is no way to give Monique Lhullier a proper introduction. Her designs are complete and total perfection. They are girly and feminine, they are traditional and yet unbelievably fresh and innovative. Each gown is a little work of art with lace overlays, perfect detailing and fabrics that are unabashedly luxurious. I love, love, love Monique and if I were putting my money on it...I'd say...
Kenneth Pool is all about drama. It's about bringing the fairytale to life with a dress that is luxurious, elaborate and full of high glamour. And this collection took it to an entirely new level. Photographed by Matthew Grazier, you are going to fall hard for all things Kenneth.
