Kenneth Pool Wedding Dresses

Kenneth Pool is all about drama. It’s about bringing the fairytale to life with a dress that is luxurious, elaborate and full of high glamour. And this collection took it to an entirely new level. Photographed by Matthew Grazier, you are going to fall hard for all things Kenneth.

My closest girlfriend, Jill, wore a FABULOUS Kenneth Pool to her own wedding and it was the first time that I really saw the detail, the intricacy, the pure elegance tucked inside of each gown. It’s about living the dream…the little girl dream that you’ve always had. It’s about being a princess for a day…but not a stuffy, demure princess. A princess that is sophisticated, totally chic, unapologetically glamorous.

I love, love, love the new take on ruffles that Kenneth Pool took with this collection. The layers and layers of fabric are completely delicious and show just how much craftsmanship goes into each and every dress. Pair that with a detailed bodice and a silhouette that is SO gorgeous and you basically have a little piece of heaven. Check out Kenneth Pool’s seasons past for even more inspiration.

Coming up next, one of everyone’s favorites…Monique Lhuillier!

Lovely gowns. Perhaps we could celebrate the elegance of these designs with a more modern description. "Princess" isn't what came to mind. Regal for sure, but not princess.

Just a heads up for all the ladies who have fallen in love with Kenneth Pool. After a five and a half month wait, my dress (Sentimental) came in today, 5 weeks after the date it was promised. I pulled it from the box and was horrified. Literally every other "crystal" (3 and 4mm lochrosens) on the bodice of dress had been replaced with a cheap plastic imitation bead of the same size and shape. Every crystal lochrosen bead on the train was a cheap plastic imitation. What attracted me to the dress originally and made me willing to shell out $7,000 for it was the fact that every bead on the sample I tried on was Austrian crystal of the highest quality. I actually had a conversation with the Kenneth Pool rep at the trunk show where I named off the name and style number of each kind of crystal bead and she assured me that I would never find another dress with such incredible workmanship and quality materials. What I have now is a dress with only a smattering of genuine crystal beads and a lot of other defects in workmanship. The pattern on the bodice does not meet at the seams, leaving a 1/2" blank stripe and there is a 1/2" triangular burned/embossed place on the front of the skirt right at the bodice. Needless to say I am absolutely livid and that's why I can't sleep and I am up at 2:15 in the morning posting on wedding blogs. Kenneth Pool is cutting corners. Think twice about what you're buying.

Ashley - that is terrible! I ordered a Kenneth Pool and now I'll be on pins and needles until it arrives.
