Sent to us by Karri North Photography, this wedding is just as sweet as the bride’s beautiful smile. Love the crisp modern feel and the bright pops of yellow that just jump up and say “it’s happy day”. The bride, Rena, works in advertising so she knew exactly how to pull together a completely inviting event full of chic little details and stylish charm.

From the gorgeous bride, Rena…
The theme was Eat, Drink, Be Married and that phrase was highlighted on the different pieces of stationary accordingly – Eat on the menus, Drink on the cocktail menu featured inside a shadow box, and Be Married on the programs. The mood was echoed in long harvest tables set with rows of candles & flowers & vases of lemons, sangria as a signature cocktail (we were at a winery after all!), and sangria mix as a favor so guests could take home a little of the celebration. The favor boxes were yellow cake-boxes turned on their heads with a custom sticker on each reading ‘Cheers’. And each table was named after a wine note – crisp, bold, smooth.
The programs were hand-painted with yellow watercolor and the invitation suite in a punchy yellow (again, not something you’d miss in your mailbox) was from Sweet Penelope. I made black-and-white damask runners to add drama to the tables and used the same fabric as a backdrop for the photobooth. I included a picture of each guest from the photobooth with the signature fabric in their thank you card. The cupcake bar featured red velvet, coconut with fresh fruit coulee, vanilla, and chocolate banana cupcakes set upon trays of varying sizes and all heights and patterns.

Hi Rena,
I've been searching for the black on white damask fabric to also make my table runners...where did you find it?
Thanks!
It took me a while to find one of that scale. I lucked out at B&J Fabrics in NYC.

/> Just make sure the repeat size is right for your tables (ie. if you have to cut it in half, that it will still look good!)
Thanks Rena! I will look into that...thanks for your help!
The wedding pics were amazing! everything from the gown to the decor was just gorgeous!
I was wondering if you would be willing to part with the table runners?? Please let me know if that is something you would be interested in doing. Again....beautiful wedding!!
