The Parker in Palm Springs is one of my all time favorite wedding spaces. Aside from the fact that it’s just an really cool hotel, it also provides for a ridiculously awesome backdrop against a white wedding dress and great, modern styling. I love it. Love it. And today’s wedding, photographed by the incredibly talented Ray Soemarsono of APERTURA, lets the insanely chic venue really shine.

From the lovely, lovely bride…
I looked at Style Me Pretty every single day when I was planning my wedding. It served as great inspiration for me and I’m honored and super excited to be featured! Overall we were going for a happy chic look with the colors. We wanted it playful but sophisticated, intimate and personal. The yellow and pink were a reflection of our carefree and adventurous personalities and we added accents of ivory and gray to keep it clean and modern. The colors also fit the location perfectly as well as the very warm weather we had that day. Making it intimate was not problem since we only had 13 people in total, 16 if you include the dogs.

I heart this wedding in a big way. The details are so whimsical and yet ridiculously chic. We have lots more coming up from this fun, modern affair!
I love the yellow in the bouquet. Yellow is a such a happy color, I'm glad to see it make a reappearance on the wedding scene.
With a growing choice of bridal veils for the bride to be, it isn’t necessary that she would like whatever is presented to her online or offline. A http://www.irisdbridal.com/catalog/custom-veils " rel="nofollow">custom bridal veil is the perfect solution for today’s bride who wants to dazzle with her bridal outfit..
Lovely photographs, Loving the simplicity of the pink flower arrangement
Wow, the bouquet is stunning! I love it!
Everything is so relaxed, and light and airy. I'm in love!
The flowers are what makes the theme work. Very light colors and contemporary feel throughout. Well Done!
What an insanely gorgeous bouquet! I'm in love.
What a STUNNING color palatte!!!
Thank you so much for posting this wedding with only 13 people in attendance! As a bride planning an intimate wedding, I've not seen many posted! A beautiful affair with a lovely couple!
Love your wedding heels! Can you please let me know where you got them?
Thank you very much!
Hi Lindsey,
I purchased the heels at myglassslipper.com and then had a local shoe repair dye them to match my husband's tie. They also permanently applied the ivory embellishment which I had custom made by http://www.etsy.com/shop/ohmydeer . :)
