Today we’ve been featuring a charming, diy, vintage-inspired affair. Sent to us by Blooms by Martha Andrews, this wedding is just darling. The bride is a graphic designer, so she crafted picture-perfect details to match the playful energy of the day. In addition to the save-the-dates, invitations, escort cards, and favor bags, she also created the programs, the adorable cards for the table names (each named after a Beatles song), and the menu. Whew!

From the adorable bride, Erica…
I collected jars, vases, pitchers, etc. for over a year to use for our centerpieces. I borrowed some and found the rest at thrift stores, garage sales and flea markets around the Sacramento area. The main vase on our sweetheart table belonged to Tory’s grandmother.
Auhh, cute AND creative… now you can add sweet to the list of things that I can’t resist about this wedding.

I love that they had a chocolate wedding cake - on the outside!!! I am not a chocolate fan, but it's refreshing to see a wedding cake like this one :O)
Wow, what a beautifully decorated affair. The cake looks delicious as well. I can't believe she had so much time to do so much herself! I work with ReadyMade and when I find myself longing for a <a href="http://www.readymade.com/search diy"
project I head right over to their site. You should check it out.
that cake! we are also going with chocolate. amaze!
If I were to get married again, these would be my colors. I am so head-over-heels for everything about this wedding!! It's SO creative! I love how she collected vases and containers for the wedding reception tables. So amazing. That's the way to do it! The blue and green...love. Love with all my heart. SO cool!
What a stunning color palette! Bravo!!
Is there anyway you can find out what script font she used? I love it and it would be perfect for my invitations! The whole wedding was absolutely beautiful! Love the invitation suite.
Ari, the script I used is called Affair, and it's available for purchase from Veer (http://www.veer.com )
[...] has kind of turned into a do-it-yourself day… and you can see why. The wedding we featured earlier today was loaded with colorful hand-crafted details and this afternoon’s feature is no exception. [...]
We love Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates!!! Nice to see our local vendors on here.
