I got this wedding in my inbox just this morning and literally swooned. It’s not your average pretty wedding…it’s flat out gorgeous. Seriously gorgeous. Designed for a more traditional bride, the style is romantic, it’s forever elegant, it’s timeless and yet breathtakingly fresh. Erin Heart’s Court hit it out of the park with this one, capturing images that are little works of art by themselves, a perfect SMP feature in their entirety.

Swoon. The event took place at the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens and was all about cinderalla chic. The classic bow tie, the lush and kind of oppulent flowers, the everything…it screams style. Madly and hopelessly in love.

For some reason, wedding blogs are filled to the brim with mason jars and vintage chic wedding. Which of course I love. But it’s really nice to see a completely traditional affair, where the man gets all gussied up, the girl is as pretty as they get, the flowers are shockingly beautiful. It’s a nice change of pace and one that I really think we should feature more here on SMP.

We have lots more details coming up in just a bit or you can cheat and head on over to Erin Heart’s Court to see all of the ridiculously gorgeous photographs.

The flowers are just stunning!! So different than what one usually sees...and exactly what I love!
Love the traditional, romantic feel of these photos. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
Everything is gorgeous! Can you tell me where you got the gold bridesmaid dresses? I LOVE them!
Ah! So happy to see this "For some reason, wedding blogs are filled to the brim with mason jars and vintage chic wedding." ! Don't get me wrong - I appreciate a throw back to decades past and homey atmospheres but it seems that it is EVERYWHERE. To the point where I now cringe when I hear "vintage" and that makes me sad b/c vintage pieces are truly beautiful! But I feel lately it has been over-exposed and that has tainted its charm. I would love to see people creating weddings that reflect themselves and I have a hard time believing everyone can describe themselves the same way.
Swooon!
Who makes the bm dresses? Love them!!
Jamie, I totally agree with you! Although pretty and charming, I think that "vintage" and the "backyard" wedding has become a bit over-used. What I would love to see more of is urban/modern/city chic. (That's the tone my fiance and I wanted for our own wedding because it reflects how we are and where I gather my inspiration from.)
I must say, those bridesmaid gowns are gorgeous!!!! and I LOVE the "Wall" photo!
I'd also love to know who makes the bm dresses!
Hi everyone,
I just emailed the bride to get answers to all your questions! :) Thanks for the nice comments.
I was a great wedding to photography, traditional but yet not fussy at all. Plus we were able to do non traditional more fun portraits with them, to mix up the feel of the wedding. Thanks Abby for the feature!
Cheers
Courtney
I do like how it is more formal. I think recently the casual weddings we're seeing are more or less to be economical but.... What about once in your life!? (if you do it right the first time <3 haha) & I can also appreciate the hand tied bow-tie. Very lovely, timeless wedding. Bravo!
I'm going to agree with Lee and say that people are most likely doing a lot of "vintage" and "backyard" because it's more wallet friendly. I'm sure most girls would be thrilled with a traditional wedding filled with flowers but for a lot of us, that is not a reality. Traditional weddings cost at least 2 to 3 times what "backyard" weddings do. Maybe it is "once in your life" but it is also only one day out of your life and it shouldn't cost you $30,000.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Can't wait to see more, keep 'em coming!
Stunning!! I would also love to know where the BM dresses are from.
awesome and classy! great job!!! thanks
Wow! Gorgeous, stunning photos. Looks like a perfect wedding.
