I’ve spent a few hours looking online for this bracelet! The best I can do is a site you can rent the bracelet from:

Christie, you are so kind to respond. Unfortunately, I live in a very rural town of 300 residents, many 100s of miles away from a Bloomingdales. It is difficult to call for a charge send without a style number. Nonetheless, I am kinda late to the whole thing as my wedding is in less than two weeks (Oct. 17th).
