Hi Bee,
Luckily it didn’t rain and our backup plan of “it never rains in inland California in the summer” turned out to be true. That’s one of the great things about California, but I realize that rain is a risk almost anywhere else. One thing we talked about doing was having a tent company “on call,” so that if it did rain they could come in and set up a tent on the day of the wedding, but we wouldn’t have to pay for it if we didn’t end up needing it. Congrats to you and good luck planning your big day.

Did you have a back up plan for rain? I want to do an outdoor wedding but am petrified of it raining on the big day.

I have that dress! Its actually more of a gold color, though it looks grey in the photos. It’s from Anthropologie.
