This next wedding is all about the color. Bright pops of purple paired next to a chic, sophisticated style. Sent to us by Kate Keadley, the wedding was held at the Mayhurst Inn 2 hours West of Washington, D.C. Kate is all talent and these photographs tell the story of the day far better than I ever could!

From Kate…
Katie’s vision for her gorgeous wedding was a whimsical and casual party with Southern charm. The Mayhurst Inn, a historic home, was a perfect backdrop for her charming ceremony (and sparkler send off). Her bridesmaids wore J.Crew and many of her flowers were locally grown. The couple’s wedding rings were her grandparent’s, in addition to their photo in the locket. The wooden sign was made by special wood (you’ll see in a bit) from an old family home. Guests ate a Southern casual cuisine at long tables lined with hydrangeas and elegantly arranged greens. They danced into the night with a fun rock band and enjoyed a big dessert bar of cupcakes and wedding cake.

Blissfully pretty. Especially those incredible flowers that were designed by LynnVale Studios. Love, love, love everything about this wedding and can’t wait to share even more with you guys!

thanks everyone! the bridesmaids are from jcrew.
Thanks everyone for the amazing comments. Kate Headley did such an amazing job shooting our wedding and capturing all of those special moments of the day.
The color of the BM Dresses was called "plum" from JCrew. My dress is a Melissa Sweet dress that I took and made some changes to in order to create the dress that I invisioned wearing.
