Sooo, Abby and Tait are on their way to a wedding in Colorado right now so I have the pleasure of sharing today’s beautiful wedding with you… and let me tell you, you’re in for a treat. Amazing husband and wife team, The Nichols, completely captured this couple’s whimsical, romantic style.

From the photographer…
Holley and Jason wanted to do their best to plan a green wedding, so Barr Mansion in Austin, Texas fit perfectly into their vision. Barr Mansion is the only certified organic wedding venue in the U.S. and it’s vintage, rustic charm was the perfect setting for their English Garden-styled wedding.

From the bride, Holley…
After a seemingly endless drought in Austin, the skies opened up on our wedding weekend, turning what was supposed to be a garden ceremony into a barn wedding. We went with the flow, and everyone said the rain trickling down the large wall of windows really added to the atmosphere.
I couldn’t agree more. The rain even makes the whole scene feel more English and charming… plus, it doesn’t hurt that the bride and groom are COMPLETELY adorable.
More to come in just a bit!
I have to know where the bridesmaid on the right got her dress? who is the designer? LOVE.
Is that wedding dress made by Sarah Seven? It's beautiful!
Where is the bride's dress from? It's gorgeous!
Agreed with everyone! Love the bride's dress! Such a charming wedding; I love vintage inspired- espeically effective when the couple is as adorable as they are!
The dress is by Sarah Seven (etsy). Holley is one of the bee's on weddingbee!! Beautiful pictures!!
Beautiful! What are the flowers in brides bouquet?
This is Mrs. Mouse from Weddingbee!!
wonderful venue! Go Elaine!
Where is the brides owl necklace from?!! I've been looking for a similar piece for ages!!
What a beautiful wedding!
BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to see more.
These pictures immediately reminded me of another wedding photographer whose work we've seen in the past (matthewmillerphotography.com). This is actually the first time in a while I've seen someone else with such a unique take on the wedding photos. Great job!
one word - LOVELY!!!
Mrs. Mouse!!! Those of you interested in this wedding can follow Holley's journey on weddingbee.com under the handle "Miss Mouse". I believe most everything she bought for the wedding came from Etsy (including the necklaces) & various thrift stores. So beautiful!
I would also love to know what flowers were used in the bouquets - especially the green fuzzy ones. What a lovely wedding!
This wedding has a TON of personality! Great job Elaine!!
yay! Mrs. Mouse! so glad to see your beautiful wedding on here! Congratulations, can't wait for all of your recaps!
Barr Mansion is a beautiful place. We looked at it for our wedding!
If I'm right (can't see them all that well), the "green fuzzy things" are a plant that is native to the South. They are beautiful and I've always admired them, and my grandmother told me once that the old folks in her day used them as an herbal remedy. How wonderful to see native plants used in such a beautiful way in a bridal bouquet.
Love the wedding photography.... it seems to go very well with the whole theme of the wedding.
