There is something blissfully romantic about an elopement. Although I can’t say that I’d ever do it, I looooove reading about couples that threw caution to the wind, hopped on a plane and celebrated their wedding completely alone. It’s right out of a movie really.
Well, this one…is basically as beautiful as you can possibly imagine. Planned by Lisa Vorce, it’s completely delicious. Oh and the photographs…Aaron Delesie. GORGEOUS.

From Lisa…
We immediately locked in The Hacienda San Angel in Puerto Vallarta as the venue. It is a small boutique hotel and it is beyond romantic. It is one of my favorite places on the planet. Upon Kara and Ray’s arrival – we had a beautiful welcome gift waiting for them with traditional Mexican sweets and a gorgeous bottle of Tequila. Xandra from XYZ Ink did all of calligraphy for the event including the gorgeous note in the welcome gift.

SWOON. So much more to come!
Wow, and this elopement LOOKS right out of a movie! So beautiful and cinematic.
The whole wedding is so gorgeous! But those flowers on the floor in the top right photo? Made me stop the instant I saw them. I LOVE them! Incredible. Just incredible!
love those earrings! Any idea where she got them? Beautiful, beautiful wedding!
Wow. I love that image of the buildings on the right. This weddings has a very precious feeling. As if we (the audience) are truly seeing something private.
This is such a romantic and intimate way of getting married! The black and white photos are breathtaking!
Hi Ashley,
All of my wedding jewelry (with the exception of my rings) is from Jamie Wolf. Her designs are fantastic and perfectly suited my personal tast and wedding style. She has a website and you can see more shots of my wedding jewelry on Aaron Delesie's blog, under Kara & Ray.
She also did the jewelry from another bride featured on Style Me Pretty. Check "Day & Max" to see more of Jamies designs.
This wedding is by far one of my favorites so far on SMP I absolutely love Lisa Vorce's work! I am a big fan. Lisa as well as our favorite blogger, Abby Larson, were featured in Bride and Bloom's Summer 2009 issue. This particular wedding along with pictures of other wedding's Lisa has produced in the past and all I can say is wow! The detail of her work is incredible! Everything looks as if they beonged right where they were placed. I have never met her but she definitey inspires me with my own business. This wedding is absolutely STUNNING! If you can get a copy of the mag, you can see what I mean and you can also read about the day in the life of Abby Larson.
