Thank you so much to Jennifer and CJ Nichols for sending us today’s first featured wedding. It’s absolutely, positively delightful…stuff weddings should be made of! To see more of this gorgeous day, check out The Nichol’s blog for lots more pics.

A few last details from the bride…
We bought tons of Martha Stewart pom poms & hung them on the ceiling of the venue. It took hours for our family and friends that day.
One of the coolest things – I have incredibly talented friends. They put together a shadow box performance art piece that told the story of our lives via silhouettes, told with our guitarist playing original songs. Everyone said it was the most unique and coolest thing about our wedding.
Favors were pecans from my sister in law’s family pecan farm. We made sticker labels for them them that said ‘Thanks Y’all!’
We have so much more eye candy coming up for you today!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this wedding!!!!
Gorgeous combination of the lanterns and pom poms. Fun!
Amy - Congratulations! I'm getting married in April at Mercury Hall. Your wedding is such an inspiration, I just LOVE everything you guys did. If you happen to be selling any of your decorations please email me at liz.m.reilly@gmail.com
And what did you use to hang the lanterns and pom poms from the ceiling?
I loaned most of the lanterns to a cousin, but the Martha Stewart pom poms are on sale at Walmart and you hang them with 3M sticky tape that won't stick to walls.
So beautiful and colorful. Just love how happy it makes me feel looking at these images.
Thanks Amy!
If I could redo my wedding... I'd do it exactly like yours! We've been happily married 15 years now but I never felt happy with how my wedding turned out. Congratulations on a beautiful job! PS the Dress is to just so stunning! I just can't get over how beautiful it is!

My wedding has a "paper" theme, so I am going to "borrow" the pom-pom idea for sure!
This wedding sums up all the things I love about Austin! Beautiful and fun with good food and good music. Not to mention all the good-looking people!
I am doing the paper pom poms for my wedding in Oct, and I'm planning on having a crafting night for some friends who have offered to help, with wine, snacks, and the tutorials for the pom poms, the one here from SMP for drink flags, and favor boxes! But good to know that I can order/buy some if I need more!
