This wedding makes me really happy. First of all, the bride’s best friend sent it to us because she knows how much the bride loves SMP. Cute. Second, it is SO ME. I swear, I could pick up some of these decorations and plop them in my house. It’s a little shabby chic, totally elegant, with details that will make any girl swoon.
Oh and a quick little note about the bridesmaids dresses…they were found at Twirl Boutique in Scottsdale. SUPER cute.

More from the bride’s best friend…
Hannah Sampson did the flowers and was willing to work with Jenn’s vision. Jenn actually met with several florists, but it proved to be a challenge because she wanted that “wild flower” look with lavender and jam jars and many of the Los Angeles florists would not work with what they called “filler flower.” Hannah created a look that was elegant, yet less expensive than if they had had to use all roses, etc. Because the tables were long and there were 130 guests, the flowers could have easily taken up a majority of the budget, but Hannah was able to work around this obstacle.

Flip flops and shawls were provided so the guests could dance the night away and not get cold. She even gifted her bridesmaids with gorgeous flip flops from J.Crew with cream flowers on the toes that we could wear at the reception. That was by far my favorite part!
SO beautiful! What is the flower called in the picture at the bottom right hand corner? I love it! It looks similar to a snapdragon, but I'm don't think that is what that particular flower is. Thanks!
Love love love this wedding! Where are the bridesmaid dresses from?
Hi Moira, The bridesmaid dresses are by Melissa Sweet, and I got them from http://www.twirlboutique.com/ .
Jenn- I believe that white flower is called "Stock"
xo
WOW!!!!
I LOVE this wedding, oh my gosh! I love the shawl idea! We are having a tented ceremony in December in Chapel Hill, NC...did you get a decent deal on those wraps/shawls? Where did you find them!?! - Vaneesha
Love the white "filler" flower groupings, paired with clusters of french lavender!
To answer the first Jenn's question, the flowers in the lower right hand corner are called "Stock." The name is funny, but they're super affordable, smell AMAZING and come in white, lavender, purple, pink, yellow and peach!
How gorgeous is the bride? I want her hair. I will trade my stick straight asian hair for hers anyday. Might look weird with my eye shape but small matter really...
The bride is luminous! I love her curly locks.
Absolutely gorgeous wedding!! The details came together beautifully!!
I love the pictures. I want to do something similar with regards to the "wild flower" look. I'm planning to get married near the beach. Is there any way I could obtain a full table shot? Also, I want to put bath salts in favor jars to complement a Mediterranean theme. Do you know where she purchased these jars? Any help would be great!
Hi I loved the floral work for your wedding & I just wanted to say good on you for staying true to your wedding style! There's nothing wrong with jam jars etc, they are florists and they handle flowers?! A beautiful wedding with style.
