If you are just joining us, this wedding is going to go down in your all time favorites file. It’s filled with perfect little details, perfectly chic colors, perfect everything really. Photographed by the fabulous Linda Chaja, this wedding is everything that I preach on SMP…personal, stylish, charming, forever chic.

A few more details for you to devour..the seating card rocks were purchased at home depot then hand-crafted by the bride with typed cards and yellow yarn. The adorable cupcakes were made by Hennings Cake and the PERFECT flowers were designed by Anna + Maggie La Play, family friends of the bride. The cute couple also hired Ahnika Johnson, who is just launching her wedding planning business, to coordinate the day.

Thank you so very much to Linda Chaja for sharing this incredible wedding with us! And to the gorgeous bride and groom…we are in awe! And, we just might start stalking you to do some DIY projects for us!

Great wedding! I always love yellow! It reminds me of a previously featured wedding that was also one of my favorites--the one in Palm Springs with Kelly and Chris.
I just LOVE her hair-do, it's gorgeous!
Leah... if you are reading this... how long is your hair and what texture (fine, thick, wavy) is it?? I am OBSESSED with your wedding day hair and want to do something similar!!! You look gorgeous!!
I agree - this wedding is fabulous...however, Leah your hair...is GORGEOUS. I was convinced do my hair down until I saw your pics! Yes, what is length of your hair and texture? GORGEOUS! I am printing off all angles and pics of your hair to take for my trial!
having same color scheme! could i pay you to do 3 headbands for me for our bridesmaids?
love the dress! Do you mind sharing the designer?
I am loving your entire wedding! Gorgeous! Could you tell me what style name your BCBG shoes are - Love them! Thank you and Congrats!
I'm getting married in September and my colors are yellow and slate. I LOVE your shoes and it'd be killer to find out the designer. Any details would be surely appreciated! Beautiful wedding, indeed!
Wow - LOVE the colors in this....so super pretty.
This wedding looks fabulous in a very down to earth way. I love the sunshine yellow and chocolate brown.
beautiful bride and groom and everything else.
I would love to know more about your shoes...can i please have the details!
congrats to you and your new hubby!
ha! i have the same questions as everyone else! the shoes, the dress, the bridesmaid's dress, the hair! where? how? you and your wedding are absolutely stunning...
Hey guys! Don't have any info on the hair but am working on it. The rest of the information is on the first post about this wedding. Here you go!
The stunning bride wore a dress by Pronvias, a pair of fabulous yellow shoes by BCBG. Her AMAZING hair was done by Michay Salon and she did her own perfect make-up. Adorable bridesmaids dresses are Alexis Adamour found at Bloomies for 40% off. Headbands were designed and crafted by the beautiful bride herself!
hey guys! Thanks for all your sweet and flattering comments about our wedding! We loved every minute! For those of you who want dress details... It is from "the White 1" collection by Pronovias under "Gasas". The dress used to have two straps but I had my wonderful seamstress change it to the asymmetrical look you see in the pictures. The feathers at the base of the strap were not on the original dress either. Actually, it's a hair-piece that i found at a bridal shop and decided to clip on there! My shoes I found at a BCBG maxazria outlet on sale for $50! Unfortunately, I can't find them anywhere on the internet. Yellow shoes are tough to find! As for the headbands... I would love to make more for other weddings!! Just shoot me an email! leahcochrane@gmail.com.
This wedding reminds me soooo much of the wedding in Palm Springs that made the blog rounds a couple of months ago. They even had the same poof ball throws. How could you not want to have that wedding? So great!
What a beautiful wedding - CONGRATS!! I was wondering about the pom pom throw balls? Did you make them, or were they bought from somewhere? love love love this wedding!
I can not believe that no one has commented that the Bride looks like Blake Lively from "Gossip Girl." I mean seriously, you're a dead ringer. Your wedding was beautiful and your bouquet was positively scrumptious! And a compliment for your new husband....love his ring and love his shoes1
Ok - so I too am in love with these shoes and went on a hunt. They are only in some outlet bcbg stores. If you call your local store and ask if they have the Ma-Maudie shoe (that's the code), they can tell you - if they don't have they can look for them in their system at another location. I have mine being sent to me!! Good Luck!
What clever place cards... and they won't escape in the wind. I loved these! The use of succulents in your bouquet just proves that using the unusual makes for unforgettable. And to think some people still think roses are the only flowers! Isn't it fun to have a bouquet like no other? What gorgeous flowers!
There's a similar dress by Christos as well. http://www.christosbridal.com/gowns/2008/08172.shtml
