Casual, Yellow Inspired Wedding by Linda Chaja, II

July 16th. 2009 by Abby Larson | Filed Under | 11 comments

My job is SO much more fun when I get to talk about weddings like this one. It’s total perfection, from the chic yellow color palette to the adorable succulents and the handmade details…I am totally and completely smitten with every last bit of it. Plus, I got to find a new photographer to stalk, Linda Chaja, so I am a really happy girl right now.

The best part about this lovely wedding is that the bride and groom made so many of the details with their own two hands. It has that great handmade charm while still being super chic, super sophisticated. The drift wood arch was made by the groom, the cones placed on aisle chairs contained knitted pom poms made by the bride and the program was designed and typed by the bride on a vintage typewriter. It was a total DIY affair and the result is total charm, total gorgeousness.

Hi Abby! LOL- I just saw the previous post! Sorry for the repetition! Ohhh, PRONOVIAS are gorgeous. I'm actually wearing one for my wedding next June, 2010! I'm going to check out Bloomies when I head down to the States this summer.

Abby- do you have any resource for BM dresses in New York City (Manhattan/Long Island areas)? I will be down there and would like to see something different....Please help! :)
