Vinca would be perfect for my wedding. I am in love with your designs!
I *love* the Peony design! They're bold and modern, but still very simple and clean. Gorgeous!
Absolutely gorgeous invitations! I am in love with the Peony design. My fiance and I are getting married next winter in Snowmass, CO and the cranberry + slate combination goes perfectly with the colors I've chosen. Amazing!
My Fiance and I LOVE the dogwood design. The Chapel in which we are getting married, at the time of year during which we are getting married, is surrounded by Magnolia and Dogwood trees that will be in full bloom. We made the decision early on to base our color schemes and design elements on the blossoms of these two trees. It would be absolutely perfect to add one more element to our wedding that perfectly incorporates those details.
PEONY! Not only are they my favorite flower but they will play a central role in our wedding.
LOVE the Peony!! Sooo pretty!
Peonies, Peonies, Peonies! I can't get enough of them. I am so happy to see you have an invitation with a beautiful peony design. This invitation ties in very well with my June 2010 wedding which will have beautiful peonies in all the right places. I would appreciate your gift of the peony invitation to send to our guests with a taste of what will be to come...beauty, love and of course PEONIES! THANK YOU!
my fiance really likes the narcissus...but i really like the feather one!
my sister is getting married and I love to "gift" her this stationary. I think she would like the peonies because that is her favorite flower and I know she wants to include them in her bouquet. Beautiful designs!
oh these are lovely! they have the traditional "wedding invite" flowers, but toned down and not too feminine. since i'm currently flooded with invite designs i'm sad that the groom seems to be forgotten in a lot of them. he doesnt care about flowers... usually. that being said, i looove the eucalyptus style. WANT
I adore the Allium, but they are all so pretty.
POSIES!! I love the two tone look of that set. It would be a perfect match for our outdoor "wildflower" wedding!
Dogwood and Georgia just go together! I am a Georgia girl born and raised, as is my fiance. I , along with many southerners, associate the dogwood flower with the south. We are getting married in our college town of Athens, GA! Which is rich with southern history and charm. The Dogwood Invitations would help set the feeling of casual southern charm that we want for our wedding. And having Letterpress invites wouldn't be so bad either ;)
Ohhhh this is a hard choice! I really like the Peony and the Posies...but I think I would choose the Narcissus overall as it's such a unique flower design from so many other stationary lines I've seen. Beautiful!
The Posies invites are gorgeous! They are just the right blend of modern with a dash of vintage, which goes perfect with our June 2010 wedding. Fiance and I love flowers and plan on incorporating that in our wedding wherever we can. Our color scheme of yellow and gray with a touch of aqua blue would be incorporated so well with your invites and will give our guests a lovely inkling of whats to come! A lovely modern wedding with a touch of vintage flair and lots of romance!
Wow, so beautiful. I just want to touch them and feel the paper and the texture of the press.
For my wedding, the Vinca would be perfect. I love five petaled flowers and the cascade of them lightly down the paper. Your cranberry ink from the Peony is so lush I don't think I would be able to resist that color even though it's not in the tentative color scheme, so either cranberry and tangerine or sunshine, or cranberry and leaf. The font choice is great too, a more open version of the Copperplate Gothic my fiance and I love.
Fantastic website too, very easy to use and simple with great photos of the designs. Exactly what the site should be.
The Ginkgo design is my favourite, I love the way they look - they're floating to the ground like confetti. It feels relaxed and very garden inspired, just like my wedding!
The poppies would be PERFECT for us! My fiance's favorite aunt Poppy just passed away, and poppies also have a special significance in my family. This would be a perfect way to recognise our loved ones. (Amazing work, btw!)
I love the poppies invitations! We are going for a wild and organic feel with our flowers and I think these invitations would fit that perfectly. I love that these invitations are pretty without being too feminine. Although we are playing with robin's egg blue and branches so the feathers would be great too!
Poppies ftw. I love the lines of the stems. I want the feel of our wedding to be modern and clean so I really like how this suite is not overly feminine. That said, I'd probably swap out the script font on the sample. =)
The gingko set would set the tone perfectly for our fall wedding in wine country, and it's a serendipitous match for the gold ginkgo leaf chiyogami print that I *just* scooped up to make belly bands out of!
I love the Ginkgo invitation! It is perfect for one of my brides with a modern feel and vibrant tangerine color. The wedding will be in the fall and this invitation will set the tone for a modern, elegant, and fun wedding.
Oh! I love the Narcissus flowers! Even my fiance likes the Narcissus design, and he's not always too keen on the idea of flowers on our invites. This invite would be perfect for our outdoor wedding, and I love the idea of a vibrant yellow flower. We could do the text in our other wedding color, bright blue!
LOVE these invitations. Peony in a deep eggplant would be ideal for my January wedding. So gorgeous. The attention to detail is exquisite.
What a great giveaway! Thank you both so much. My fiance and I really wanted letterpress invitations but just couldn't fit them in our budget. Letterpress is the way to go if you can swing it.
The Vinca collection is beautiful and would coordinate with our Spring 2010 wedding perfectly! Our colors are silver and different shades of purple so the invite colors are an amazing match. Our wedding will be a small (about 80 people) causal/elegant affair in a garden and I think the Vinca invites would suit our big day beautifully!
Fingers crossed!
I love the Dogwood invitation. My fiance and I are recent transplants to North Carolina, and an invitation featuring our new state's flower would be the perfect way to welcome our out-of-town families and friends to the South for our wedding next spring!
I love the Allium design. So simple and clean, yet very pretty! That's what we want for our wedding too. Thanks for the generous giveaway! I believe any brides will be very happy with your stationery.
Birds of a Feather, hands down, perfect for my wedding!
The Peony collection in red is stunning! Most other invitations I've seen with a peony theme use a soft pink and are usually hollow, not filled. But these peonies are bold, not soft, exactly what I'm going for in our floral design. These invitations would go perfectly with the bold red peony bouquet I have in mind!
Like almost every other bride i'm obsessed with peonies and going to incorporate them pretty heavily into my june 2010 wedding (luckily my date is right at the end of their season phew!). i would LOVE to complete this look with the peony invite line! so neat.
the Eucalyptus design is perfect!! Wow:) It reminds me of our first date, the only thing missing is a metal gray bench.
I love the Peony design! It would be gorgeous in a bright apple green!
Poppies! Oh goodness, they are perfect!
I am planning to have peonies everywhere in my spring/vineyard wedding. The Peony design is a perfect way to tie together my vision! All the designs are just gorgous, I am such a fan of your work!
Peonies are great with posies a close second - I would love to win this for my friend! Thanks for the contest!
I'm in love with every single design but Ginkgo is definitely my favorite. I love the orange color!
Narcissus-Is so lovely---My colors are yellow and gray and these invites would look awesome. They very professional and classy.
I love the Vinca invitations!
Allium, love it! So sweet and cheery. This invitation suite would be a fabulous introduction to our wedding vision and style for our guests.
Ginkgo! Color + space + understated elegance = love
I'm obsessed with the Peony invitations...they are my favorite flower. These would be absolutely perfect =)
The maiden fern design would be perfect for us. We are a very outdoorsy couple! We got engaged on top of a mountain in Colorado and just cannot get enough of the outdoors. We will be honeymooning in NC going in search of waterfalls and hiking trails!!!
This style/design would fit us perfectly!
I love birds of a feather. I think the design is so fresh and interesting. Thanks for the giveaway!
OMG what an amazing giveaway! I had never heard of Satsuma Press before, so this was a treat to find this morning! The Wedding Line is so beautiful! I love the Peony style the best - it's so bold and modern, yet has a very classy feel to it. We're planning for our wedding in France next spring, and I think these would be such a lovely touch!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful site with us! :)
I have always loved the allium plant. I think it's the perfect blend of feminine and masculine that is still so elegant! Thank you for the giveaway!
Birds of a Feather is my favorite design, even though they are all very pretty. I love the simple elegance of the invites. Birds of a Feather is my favorite for two reasons, (1) the design matches my color scheme and (2) the design is creates the visualization of a pair, which I cannot wait to be :)
Thanks for this wonderful giveaway!!
I love the Maiden Fern because it has an understated elegance about it. It is a beautiful design, yet simple. That is what my fiance and I are going for with our wedding. We want an affair that is elegant, but doesn't distract so much that we forget what the day is really about. Thanks for a wonderful giveaway!
The Narcissus invitations are beautiful! My favorite flower is the peony, but the design on the Narcissus invites look like the silhoutted flowers on my dress! It's also a great spring flower, perfect for our April 2010 wedding! Thanks for the opportunity!
Allium is fabulous with a stone and green print, it would be perfect for our outdoor wedding!
Peony! I gravitated towards it immediately. I love the classic silhouette and sophication. The design even seems to give a gentle nod to the art deco style. The color is fantastic too! Since my maid-of-honor just got her dress in this color I love this invitation even more for our wedding in Chicago this November. Amazing talent!
My Fiance and I love the Ginkgo design! We fell in love with the tree while visiting Chicago. Earlier that year, I had spent a few months in China. It was everywhere and the leaves would drop so romantically from the trees- I remember describing it to him and was so excited when we came across them later that year in Chicago. The way the leaves fall reminds us of a relaxing day sitting on the grass under the trees!
I love the Birds of a Feather design! So gorge! We are getting married outside surrounded by the woods. My bridesmaids and I will have feather fascinators on, so this design element would lend itself perfectly to our wedding theme!
Your designs are amazing!! I've been searching everywhere for something simple yet elegant at the same time...everything I find feels so formal and stuffy...non-personal.
I especially loved the Ginkgo and Vinca lines...the Ginkgo because it feels whimsical and is Mustard colored...which would be awesome since my Fiance's last name is Mustard! The Vinca could be the perfect choice though because I LOVE all shades of purple and they will definitely be prominent in the other details of the big day. (Sorry, I know you asked us to pick one but they both caught my eye!)
We live in Atlanta, but are being married in Texas where I'm from, then having a reception in Cincinnati where my Fiance is from, then having a party in Atlanta for our friends here!!! On top of that, I have 4 parents...both remarried...and my Fiance's parents are contributing a lot to the wedding as well. I cannot tell you how stressed out I am about handling the ettiqatte of all of those invitations- maybe you could offer some advice?
I hope you'll consider us for your giveaway...I would so love to have invitations I really like and am proud of...and right now because of the 3 party situation, it looks like I'll have to split my budget 3 ways and not enjoy any of the final results.
Keeping my fingers crossed!
-Charlotte
I love the Peony design. Peony is one of my favorite flowers and there will be lots of peonies at my wedding. Simple yet chic.
I love how playful the Poppies design is while still being sophisticated. I am having poppies in my and my bridesmaids bouquets and these invites would just be the icing on the cake!
We love the poppies design! I love love LOVE letterpress but it's not in our budget. Our wedding is outdoors in the gardens of a historic home. The design fits in so well with our wedding and is acutally very similar to the one I created for ours. We are even attempting to DIY letterpress with instructions found online using a bottle jack. Winning this would definitely save us time!
Birds of a Feather. Gorgeous. Fingers are crossed.
I'm a big fan of the dogwood line. It's playful and still sophisticated.
I love so many of Lynn's designs, but choosing the ginkgo as my favorite wasn't difficult at all.
The theme of my wedding is merging my fiancee's Chinese heritage and my Japanese heritage, and I love that the ginkgo is represented in both cultures. The first time that I saw a ginkgo tree with my then-boyfriend, I commented to him they are very nostalgic for me - they lined the main thoroughfare of my university campus in Japan and I loved reading/studying on the benches below in the fall as the leaves would float down to the ground. He then unexpectedly explained to me how there was a ginkgo tree near his parent's house in China, so he still remembers playing among yellow, fallen leaves as a child.
While my fiancee and I both would love to present our families with letterpress invitations, it's just not in our budget, so this opportunity means a lot! Thank you!
I love all the designs and any one would work beautifully for our 2010 outdoor Summer wedding. However, my favorite is the Poppies design. I plan on using wildflowers throughout our wedding, from the bouquets to the centerpieces so naturally Poppies are the perfect detail for the invites. They would also make a wonderful detail for the escort cards, programs, menus, etc.
I LOVE the simplicity and elegance of the design, the beautiful line quality and the negative space. Not only would these reflect our wedding style but they would also represent my aesthetic and personality so perfectly! And they bring back happy childhood memories of days spent collecting poppies in my grandmother's garden. Ahhhhh.
We love the look of the Allium design. The plentiful white space really makes such a simple design pop on the page. Its simplicity is both modern and classic, a great combination for our summer country club wedding that we're hoping maintains a whimsical, fun, light feel.
I am loving the Maiden Fern. It's beautiful for an outdoor, green wedding like we're planning. Gorgeous!!!
The Maiden Fern theme is so unbelievably gorgeous, I just love it. Not to mention it would go well with the fern boutonnieres we're planning on making!
I just love the peony design! I want my bouquet to be peonies, so those would go perfectly! All beautiful designs.
The Eucalyptus would be great for our "garden party" themed outdoor wedding next June!
The Dogwood and Vinca are my favorites. All so gorgeous.
We love the peony! Peonies are my favorite flower, but they won't be available at the time of our wedding. We TRIED to book the big day during early summer when peonies are at their best, but no such luck! Your work is lovely. You should be very proud. The details are divine!
DEFINITELY the "Birds of a Feather." This is a running theme with my fiance and our friends - finding feathers everywhere and imagining them to be left by our guardian angels, or guardian birds if you like. :) It's also perfect for our wedding because we are getting married outside among the fall trees in September at Mammoth Lakes, CA, and the last time we were there, hiking and camping, we did a lot of amateur bird-watching including a bald eagle sighting when we were 9.000 feet high at Duck Pass. Absolutely love these gorgeous invites, thank you for sharing!
The Peony would be the perfect invitation. It is bold but understated, classy but simple. Just the look we are hoping for for our wedding.
I just LOVE the peony design. It makes such a statement especially with the contrast of the red on a white background. Your work is beautiful!
Vinca and Peony are my two favorites, but if someone forced me to choose between the two, I'd definitely go with Peony. I love the vibrancy of Peony and think the large flower is just the right amount of color to make my ivory, gold and black palette really pop.
i love the peony design! my bouquet will have lots of peonies in it and this would be a wonderful element to carry onto the invitations. the colors that you can choose from are gorgeous as well! we're planning on doing our invitations ourselves for our budget wedding, but having something like this would be so wonderful!
The peony design suits my wedding perfectly - charmingly elegant, stunning, and the bride's shoes, jewelry, and maid of honor's dress are that gorgeous deep red. Fantastic work - you should be so proud!
Those are beautiful. I love the Dogwood, and the Peony is a close second!
I adore the Peony design the most!
It's really hard to pick one, but I have to say "Maidenfern" is my favorite. I've been having such a hard time finding minimalistic inviation designs that are simple, elegant, and detailed. Also, I've been having a difficult time finding invitations that don't include bows, ribbon, and glitter. Satsuma is soooo refreshing!!!
"Less is More" people!!!!
I'm in love!!!!!! After literally MONTHS of fruitless (pun intended) searching for the perfect invitations, I stumbled upon your mason jar and gingham menu cards. I am planning a strawberry, peony, and vintage lace themed August 2010 wedding and I plan to feature blue Mason jars as my centerpieces, with my mother's delicious raspberry and strawberry preserves as favors. Your invites (ANY of them, they are ALL so delicate, so simple and stunning) are perfect to make our big day that much more special. Lynn, you could give us something we would not be able to have otherwise. We are a true DIY couple - with a true love of fine paper, color and letterpress --please consider us for your giveaway!!! Thank you so much, and to whoever you pick, blessings on your upcoming marriage,
Kirsten (Kirby) Schell
I love the peony design!
This is an easy one! I've been staring at your peony design for quite some time now. I even tried to replicate it on my own...but failed miserably! I thought these beautiful invitations were out of my reach, but alas, this could be my lucky day!!
The peony invitation is perfect for our wedding. All of our wedding flowers will be peonies (thanks to our local farmer's market) and we've been trying to carry it as a theme through the whole wedding. Letterpress has never been in my budget, but I have been drooling over these invitations. Thanks so holding such a generous giveaway!
I had to look through all of them twice they were so gorgeous! The one that struck me, where my heart skipped a beat, was the Peony design. It's beyond perfect for what I'm thinking. We've finally just set our date for next summer, but the classic, delicate lines of the Peony design is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. Also LOVE the cranberry color and love the dramatic, striking presence of the flower. Thank you for the opportunity!

I love all of them, and it's a difficult pick for a favorite, but I would have to ultimately go with Dogwood for a favorite. It's the VA state flower, I live in VA, and it's gorgeous. All of the designs are beautiful! Thank you for this offer!
The Vinca are absolutely amazing!!!!!! So gorgeous, sophisticated and classic!!!
Love the Poppies collection, simply elegant!
After clicking on each of the styles about 4 times, I found myself drawn to the Narcissus line, which I had originally not anticipated I would like. But the style feels vintage, which goes great with our vintage inspired wedding. It feels slightly kitschy, but still fun and elegant. LOVE Satsuma Press!
I am getting married in the Spring simply because I am so in love with flowers and want to incorporate its natural beauty everywhere I can. All of the invitations are beautiful, but the Narcissus line is absolutely wonderful--whimsical and sweet. It reminds me of my mother's own narcissus flowers in our family's backyard. Thank you for the offer, Satsuma Press!
We love the narcissus, especially in the lemon color. I can tell just by looking at the photos on the website that the letterpress really enhances the delicacy and intricacy of the design, it must be absolutely BEAUTIFUL in person! Plus that shade of yellow screams summer, which is perfect for the August wedding I'm planning!

Hard to choose just one, but I love the Eucalyptus!
They are all stunning but I'd have to go with the Allium design. I love the simple beauty of all of your designs!
I was browsing through the wedding invites and they are all beautiful but what I fell inlove with is the vintage tandem bike design you did for your clients in Northern California.
My fiancee and I met while cycling and the invite seems to encompass everything we stand for - vintage, whimsy and togetherness. We are hoping to ride a tandem away from the ceremony with a "just married" sign behind us.
I love the Ginkgo design. Its playful yet classy, Love it. :) All of them are gorgeous!
It is so difficult to decide!!!!! If we HAD to select just one (which, I suppose, is how it works in this wedding invite stuff!), we'd select Peony. I've always dreamed of having peonies at the wedding but unfortunately they aren't in season on our wedding date, so this would be the perfect way in which to incorporate them.
Thank you for the opportunity; your work is stunning.
I really like the Poppy. I like the letterpress, but, as with others, it is outside our budget. Thanks!
All of the designs are stunning, but Vinca is my favorite. Thanks for the opportunity to win such gorgeous invites!
The Maiden Fern design is lovely. It so subtly and elegantly heralds spring, weddings, new days-- what a special treat to find the invitation to our May 2010 wedding celebration in your mailbox during the last slushy days of East Coast winter.
Thank you!!
My favorite is the Peony. You have truly captured the beauty of the flower. Wonderful!
Seeing anything eucalyptus unfailingly make me think of California, where I grew up. I have not lived there in more than eight years, but it is where I will be getting married this winter. Eucalyptus is a really lovely design--simple and beautifully evocative. I would be a happy bride, sending that out to my guests.
The Peony design is so striking! It is a burst of color. I'd love to see it in orange--such a neat bit of drama for a winter wedding:).
I love the "Birds of a Feather" design. My grandmother and I used to spend hours bird watching when I was younger...and because of this past, parts of my wedding will be infused with hints of feathers, birds, and nests. My favorite details will be the handmade (by me!) feather hair adornments for my bridesmaids and the pressed birdseed favors I will hang from decorative branches for the guests to take home.
I love the Peony design!
I absolutely adore the Narcissus design!
I absolutely love all the designs, but I think it's a tie for me between Peony and Posies. The designs are both delicate and lovely, and so simple and modern/romantic. The simplicity of the designs speak volumes, and that's what I'd love to have for my wedding.
My sister is getting married in napa and putting together the wedding herself. She and her Fiance decided to have a really long engagement (2010) so they could save money. While I know she loves letterpress, it's out of her budget and if I won it would be great to give them a little something for their wedding. My favorite is the peony suite but I think she would like the eucalyptus since there are so many trees around their site. Thanks for the cool give away!
my favorite is birds of a feather
I love the peony design!
The peony design is stunning! I would love to see it in the peacock blue!
Thank you, everyone, for all your wonderful comments! I wanted to say that I'll be posting over at my journal {www.satsumapress.com/journal} about how changing the color selection can really affect the way we see a design ... with some examples from the wedding line collection. I'll post this later today – and maybe Abby will do a follow up with it here on SMP, too. I'm so excited to print invitations and reply card for the lucky winner who will be announced one week from today!
I just got engaged last weekend! Its exciting but suddenly so stressful thinking about all the details that are involved. We are on a pretty small budget and will be doing many things DIY. The one area I wanted to invest is letterpress since it really sets the tone of the wedding to those who receive it. I love the Poppies! Its simple, beautiful, and reflect where I'm from (CA) where its the state flower. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to submit and showing us your work. Its beautiful.
I like the eucalyptus design. It is natural and understated. I like the response card options (in body or in spirit). That's better than just getting a "no".
I absolutely love the Ginkgo and would love to win these pretty invitations! Feminine and modern at the same time.
I think that Maiden Fern best suits our wedding, My primary color is green, and we are having a fall wedding, so the leaves fit the fall theme. However, its not your average fall colored leaves, that is what makes it different!
I'd love to have the Poppies set for our wedding. I love the way it's drawn, the way the heart flower drops, the outline, the not-so-perfect looking poppies.
wow, that a lovely giveaway! my favorite design is definitely dandelion! :) i love all the colors too!!
xo.
danni
I'd love to win this for a friend... she love peonies, and loves red, so the Peony set as shown would be perfect!
The ginkgo print would be so delightful for our wedding on August 11! The yellow is perfect and summery!!
The posies one is absolutlely perfect! Maybe luck is on my side...
Absolutely stunning! Would be such a great surprise for my best friend who's getting married this autumn... keep up the good work!
I love the Narcissus print. I used to actually wear narcissus oil (it smells like heaven!) and it reminded me of summer. We're having a summer Spanish flamenco themed wedding and that flower and scent invokes a warm feeling and images of brightly clad ladies dancing to the melody of a flamenco guitar.
I adore the Poppies design. It is simple and elegant. I am having a spring or summer wedding, we aren't 100% yet. They are a wild flower with such a refined beauty. I think they would complete my perfect day.
Recently engaged and look for save the date cards and invitations. I love the designs. The make a beautiful and elegant statement
We are hoping to have a rustic Lake Tahoe wedding and I think that the Maiden Fern invitations would be such a beautiful addition. They are simple, elegant and just perfect.
