Joy—amazing work!! Absolutely LOVE this shoot. It reminds me of my wedding a little bit. Tec just recently shot my friends wedding in Huntsville and I used to work as a designer for Billy Reid….such a small world huh?? Billy actually custom designed my husband’s wedding suit. I work as a stylist for Fossil now. We are all drooling over your work. A for the day for you and the crew that pulled this shoot off!!

I absolutely love this photo shoot – it’s incredible! Well done on both the styling and the photographs, it all works so beautifully together!!

I can tell you that the second dress featured is Oscar De la Renta 2009 – it’s the ‘ivory silk tulle strapless embroidered gown from his 2009 collection (featured on his website with a not so attractive mantilla veil!). I LOVE IT but I am totally 100% biased – as I bought it and wore it for our Wedding in South Africa in March this year! It’s so lovely to see it featured and looking so gorgeous!! I loved every single minute of wearing my beautiful gown and it’s still hanging on our cupboard 4 months later! I can’t part with it to storage just yet!!

wow! thanks for all the lovin’ folks! we had such a good time throwing this one together. i’m pretty sure two of the dresses were vera wangs and the lace one was an oscar de la renta…all fresh off the runway. i’ll try to get you some more details though.
and i have to add…the frames on the tree…it was our take on a family tree. it was all the “family” on their wedding day–then we added a polaroid of our couple on their day!
