Michele and David celebrated their marriage at the historic Sebastiani Casa de Sonoma followed by the reception at the Winery last year in early September. Two of our finest Little Black Book members, Lauri of Zoom Photography and Jenne of Jenne Hohn Events were there to assure a very memorable weekend for all!

This very beautiful cake was from Michele’s Corner Custom Cakes.
from Jenne …
Michele and Dave’s relationship with the Sebastiani family allowed for some special perks. The couple was allowed to take 28 of their closest friends and family aboard the Sebastiani trolley ~ Sebastiani, Bartholomew Park, Ravenswood, and Buena Vista Wineries all rolled out their red carpets for them.

Their wedding weekend included a luxurious day filled with massages for the ladies, exclusive vineyard tours and wine-tasting, days filled with fabulous food and friendship.

At the reception, a “Wish Bowl” was available for guests to write their sentiments for the couple to open on their first anniversary.

A scrapbooking station kept guests busy in between dances. By the end of the night, guests had created a beautiful memento filled with Polaroid photos, colorful stickers and hand-written sentiments. After many many heartfelt toasts, Michele and David danced the night away on a dance floor bedecked with her favorite colors ~ green and purple.

Congratulations to Michele and David! And a huge thank you to Jenne for sending us their wedding!

Love the bowl of wishes! Martha (love her so much we're on a first name basis, lol) featured something similar a few years ago. If I remember correctly there were 3 photo boxes that had slits cut in the top and one was for thoughts and well wishes for the bride and groom to read on the night of their wedding, the next box was advice you'd give them that they would read on their one year anniversary and another for their 5 year anniversary. Just thought I'd throw out the concept for any brides that are looking for additional way to expand on the idea. Enjoy!
I love the purple bow on top of the cake! It's gorgeous! The invitations with the gape vine is so adorable!
